NEVER GOT MY ORDER& thereRUDE
Livloko stop harassing me with constant replies it’s been a month now. There response IS A LIE BUYERS BE WARE & AM NOT THE FIRST CLIENT THEY HAVE TREATED ME LIKE THIS🥺 they said they will reply and make me look like a liar. I never got my package. When I wrote my HONEST review abt not receiving my order, livloko London sent me threatening emails😂instead of apologizing for not delivering my order and the delay. it’s been a week now yet it showed it would be delivered in 1-3 days and I can’t track it they gave no option of tracking and they keep sending me emails to give them reviews that I got it . If I don’t get my package tomorrow I will know they are a scam and they took my money🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ instead of asking for reviews help me track my package 🚮it was meant to be a bd gift for a friend but the bd even passed.
DONT BOTHER BUYING FROM THEM THERE UNRELIABLE AND RUDE TO CLIENTS & they won’t give you TRACKING INFORMATION. They sent me a rude emails after I left my review. And telling me to never order form

We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with LIVLOKO London did not meet your expectations. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we always endeavour to treat our customers with courtesy, fairness and professionalism.
Having carefully reviewed your order history and our correspondence, however, we feel it is important to clarify several statements made in this review, in the interests of providing an accurate and balanced account of the circumstances.
Your order was placed on Wednesday 9 September at approximately 8pm. At checkout, our stated delivery timeframe was 3–5 business days, rather than the 1–3 days mentioned in your review. As weekends are excluded from this calculation, your expected delivery window extended until Wednesday 16 September.
You contacted us at approximately 2am on Tuesday 15 September, while your order was still within its advertised delivery timeframe. Our team explained this and sought to clarify the expected delivery date. We appreciate that waiting for an anticipated delivery can be frustrating, particularly when the item is intended as a gift, but at that stage the order was not overdue.
We would also like to clarify that your order was flagged by our automated security system because it was placed using an IP address originating from Uganda, a country to which we do not ordinarily provide delivery services. This prompted an additional verification check as part of our standard fraud-prevention procedures. Such measures are in place to protect both our customers and our business and were not directed at you personally.
Regarding your other concerns, the email discount offered by LIVLOKO London is entirely genuine. Your first order was cancelled and refunded following your initial complaint about not receiving the discount code, and your subsequent order was also cancelled and fully refunded after your further correspondence.
We categorically reject the suggestion that our team threatened you or attempted to prevent you from leaving an honest review. In fact, the invitation to leave a review was sent by us. Our only request was that the circumstances surrounding your order, particularly the advertised delivery timeframe, be represented accurately.
Following repeated correspondence that we considered inappropriate towards members of our customer service team, including junior colleagues, we made the decision to discontinue further correspondence and decline future orders. This decision was not taken lightly. While we welcome criticism and recognise every customer's right to express dissatisfaction, we also have a responsibility to protect the wellbeing of our employees and maintain respectful communication.
We remain committed to providing excellent products, transparent delivery information and professional customer service.
For clarity, at the time this review was submitted, your order was still within its advertised delivery window, and both orders had been fully refunded.
We regret that the experience ended in this manner, but we believe it is important that the circumstances are presented fairly and accurately.

Meeting expectations and more
The scarf was exactly what I expected with respect to colour and texture and was presented in a nice gift bag. In addition I received a free scarf that was in my favourite shades of green - how lucky!

Friendly Service and Great Products
I previously ordered some scarves from Livloko London from a third-party platform but recently made several orders of satin silk scarves directly from their website. Not only were the scarves of amazing quality but the service was friendly, responsive and very polite! They were keen to ensure that the orders arrived on time since they included a gift. Really happy with the order and their wonderful customer service and would highly recommend to those looking for great-quality scarves.
