I ordered dresses from Livia Boutique and was completely misled by their so-called “30-day 100% money-back guarantee.” The dresses were poorly made, not properly cut, and extremely unflattering.

When I tried to return them, I was told I could only receive 30% of my money back — and that I would need to ship the items to China at my own expense ($70 range), with no guarantee of a full refund even if they were returned.

This is a scam disguised as a return policy, and I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card provider to recover my money.

Would give less than 1 star. Like other recent reviews, this is such a scam. I don't think I've ever written a review like this but it is almost laughable the quality of dress I received. Says it is a $280 dress marked down to $80. I literally wouldn't pay $8 for the dress I received. The cheapest quality. Literally looks like I walked into a store, picked out a piece of the thinest material, and tried to sew something together myself. The string to hold the top up wasn't even connected and I would have to pull it through and put it together myself. Says it's a maxi dress and just goes past by knees. Absolutely nothing like what is pictured. Says 30 day money back guarantee but when I emailed them asking for a refund, they offered for me to keep the dress and only get 10% back. I stated again I wanted a refund, and then they said I could keep the dress and get 20% back. How many times should I have to say I want a full refund because this dress looked like it came from temu or shein and I don't buy those clothes for a reason. This is terrible and I wasted almost $100 with no clue if I'll get anything back. Do not trust them. It's funny they have all these 5 star reviews on their site but there's NOWHERE to write a review under products or on the website.

Product is garbage and they don’t refund as website says. BUYER BEWARE. Scam site.

Awful quality. Awful customer service and as for trying to return they give you an address in china or offer you 30% of your purchase. You can’t warn people on there fb page as they remove your comments. Wish I had read the reviews first instead I’ve paid £55 for a dress that looks like a rag

Avoid. Poorly made dress- nothing like the photo cost me £52. Awful.

Scam from China. Will charge you top dollar for low quality clothes made of plastic. You’d have to wait for weeks to receive your package from China just to realize you gotta throw all of it out.

Advertising high quality designer dresses but what comes is poor quality cheap material coming from China!!!
Tried to return for refund but first got offered 10% off and told to keep dress when I refused they then offered 20% which I refused again finally they offered 30% they said that was maximum refund. Gave me a return address in China ( far too expensive to post back).so in the end I had to take a loss and got £15.60 refunded for a £52 dress… absolutely disgusting!!

I purchased a dress in a specific size, but the company sent me the wrong one. Although they admitted the mistake, they expect me to repurchase the same size again at a discounted price.

The customer service has also been frustrating, with responses taking nearly a full day each time, even if you reply right away. After days of back-and-forth emails, I’m disappointed by how this situation has been handled. I simply expected to receive what I paid for without additional hassle.

Absolutely appalling experience. Quality is awful, service is slow, I have said I only wanted to continue the order if it was guaranteed to arrive for an event 12 days later and they guaranteed, then when it did not arrive on time they said I needed to wait for arrival to return the dresses. Only 2 out 3 dresses turned up, I had to write over 10 emails, they kept offering small discounts to keep the items even though I said I did not have all items delivered and they were of no use to me due to horrific quality and delayed. I would never recommend.

Total rip off. Do not trust them. What you see in their website is not what you get. On top of it, to return the item, the customer has to pay for shipping back to China which costs a fortune. They haggle with you to refund as little as possible, and maximum you would get back is 50%. I would never recommend buying from them.

Ordered a dress which looked lovely on the website but was disappointed when it finally arrived from China. Poor quality material, ill fitting, and poorly made. It was not the dress shown online but a poor copy. After several emails to try and agree a return to their Chinese address (they offered discounts off further purchases as compensation) I have returned the dress at my own expense and am awaiting a refund. Website makes out this is a closing down shop with quality items…it’s not. Avoid!

I have order a dress from this company however as it didn’t suit me
I have been told that I have to cover the cost of the return of the dress to China
The dress was £48.00 so not cheap
I do not think this should be my responsibility

I ordered a dress that was the wrong size - emailed Livia Boutique to get return address and they kept trying to offer me a discount off another purchase instead which I didn't want. I bought the dress for a wedding and couldn't wear it. I wouldn't recommend this company
