I recently completed the live well fitness programme with Addy and would highly recommend it. It’s a 4-week Live Well for Life Men’s Fitness Programme - designed to help with all fitness, sleep, nutrition, and stress management. From being gym shy and a bit out my comfort zone, Addy put me at ease and takes his time going through different techniques and explanations. If your wanting to get back to the gym and not sure of what to do I recommend you sign up with Addy, his knowledge and expertise has given me the confidence to push on. The meditation and breathwork sessions are also useful for anyone wanting to unwind from a hectic lifestyle, I never thought I’d be about meditation and breathwork but look forward to the monthly sessions.
