No complaints whatsoever, a fantastic experience, and an extremely reliable website. I bought tickets for the Ireland-France match in 2025 and the Scotland-France match in 2026, and I always had excellent seats. Yes, the tickets are more expensive, but the service is truly top-notch. I highly recommend it.

I tried to buy tickets for several Autumn International rugby matches on this site and every time I used a credit card or Paypal to make payment, the transaction was declined. I even tried different web browsers and going incognito, but nothing worked. In frustration I emailed them explaining the problem. You would think that they would want to help a customer buy from them, right? Wrong. They told me that my payments weren't getting past their antifraud processes but that there was nothing they could do about it. They even made me feel like it was my fault. Clearly they didn't want my business but they had the audacity to post three transactions on their website that I had supposedly made which didn't go through and I did not give permission for them to use my personal details on the website. Even as I write this review, those transactions are still being displayed on their website using my details. They told me that there was nothing they could do about this either. This is misleading visitors to the site and it contravenes EU GDPR laws. There is no phone number to contact these people and although they have a UK web address, the company is based in Spain. These are both massive red flags. There is one other concern, which is that the tickets are delivered to a mobile phone app that doesn't exist for the UK, so how are you supposed to access them? I have had similar problems with other Spanish companies failing to deliver what I bought from them. I would avoid this company and buy your tickets elsewhere

Bought one single ticket for yesterday’s six nations game between Ireland and Italy at the Aviva stadium (my family were in hospitality). Yes there’s a bit of a mark up on the ticket but can’t complain about the process at all, very easy and smooth sailing. Bought the ticket (used a credit card just incase) and it was transferred to me within 24hours. No issues getting into the stadium. Best on my experience I recommend this re-seller!

Our experience with Liverugbytickets echo what a number of people have said on here.

Paid £260 for two tickets to watch SA vs Wales this Saturday, and just received two of the worst seats with face values of £45 each. Contacted Liverugbytickets who gave a long story about pricing based on availability, and no cancellation option. Looking at the WRU site, tickets are still available for the game at a third of the price we’ve paid.

Avoid if possible, bunch of con artists!

I placed the order. Made payment. Did everything they asked me just to receive and email to say the order was cancelled. I do not accept the generic BS reason they gave me. Smells like a scam.

My wife had bought us tickets for the South Africa v Wales match.
Chose seats in the middle on the main grandstand side, paid just over £230.

Tickets have just arrived and we're seated nowhere near out chosen seats...!
We're on the opposite side right in the corner at the very top level, will need binoculars to see the match 🤬
On top of it he seats we've been given only cost £50...!

Emailed them today and they say they can't guarantee giving you your chosen seats, and above the 50 quid seats, the extra £130 we paid is a 'service charge' for all their hard work...!

When I found your site I was unsure because it was a resale site but the whole experience was brilliant and exceptionally easy. The tickets were transferred easily a few days in advance of the game. Added to our wallet and straight through the barriers at the stadium. A fantastic straightforward experience.

This site came through, a bit expensive, but I knew what I was getting into with a third party. They responded promptly to an email I had and informed me with all the necessary information provided. We had no troubles and the seats were fantastic at our venue - would use again!

March 15th, Italy/Ireland. Great atmosphere around and in beautiful )though old' Stadio Olimpica.
Italy did not take a walk over but actually played a great first half. And came back in the last quarter too. The Irishmen did not seem to give their best. still upset with last weeks big loss?
Made some nice new rugby-friends, both Italian and Irish.

Tickets were sent through 4 days before the game and were exactly as described. No issues at all and would recommend again.

My seats were fantastic! I must have been given a better seat option that I chose. Me and my partner were over the moon.
Only pain point, I didn’t receive my tickets until the morning of the game. It was alittle unnerving to travel to the city without the tickets. If they could be sent 1 week before this would calm a lot of nerves.
Still 5 stars experience. Great price, seats, communication. Will use again!
