I ordered a cool Ford Focus model 1:18, and its incredibly accurate, down to the smallest details. Im actually quite impressed; it was well worth the international shipping wait, and genuinely worth the money. I love it! I was looking for a specific car model that wasn’t easy to find but found it on livecarmodel, I was very hesitant to order because I’ve never heard of them before, however upon reading the reviews on here I decided to go for it. Even though I contacted customer support a punch of times to get images for the car model that I wanted but never gotten a clear response. They would tell me to wait because the dealer isn’t responding. I should’ve taken that as a red flag and never continued with the purchase. Why? Because I have not gotten any updates for my order at all since I ordered. Which was in June 29, 2026. They say that they will ship the order in 9-21 business days but so far I haven’t received any updates on the status of the order. I the only reply I got from them is that the warehouse “WILL PROCESS” the order… this indicates that the warehouse hasn’t even looked at my order to process it till now… it’s starting to worry me..

Highly recommend this shop! They have a great selection of model brands, from popular releases to hard-to-find collectibles. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions without any pressure.
The prices are fair, shipping is fast, and every model is packed with great care, so everything arrives in perfect condition. Their customer service and after-sales support are also excellent. If there are any questions or issues, they're quick to help and always make sure you're satisfied.
I've purchased several models from this shop, and every experience has been smooth and enjoyable. I'll definitely continue buying from them and would happily recommend this store to any model collector.

Ordered 5 diecast from them, received 3 so far,had an issue with two of them, reached out to the company, owner reached out after some back and forth and offered a refund that was more than fair and an update with the rest of the order aswell

Wanted to buy a 1:18 model on the site. A difficult to find mercedes W113 with hardtop from Norev. There is a anthracite grey with red interior shown on the site of LiveModelCar at 279.95$. I thougt this was a good deal. But already from the start, when i had already bought and ordered the item, they mailed me that the item was not available. I wrote that i probably bought the last one... And all was ok for them. But after a while when the car arrived, it was not as shown on the site. It was the "soft-top" version. They probably new from the start, and still let the sale go through. Me thinking I did a good deal, because the hardtop models are almost double the price. I complained, told its not like on the sale page of the model, and they suggested to send it back, because the hardtop model, according to their contacts, does not exist?? This is untrue.... I have doubts about the way they attract buyers...
Really misleading, and they probably thought i would not see this??? Pitty they failed to help me. I do not recommend them.
Even so i could send it back, and would be compensated. .All not helping much. Be a good sport, send the correct car, take the loss, for one car, and make the client happy. That's what i would have done... Now i see they gave me a sort of 20$ check to buy on their site... There are W113 mercedes models Norev with hardtop available, compensate me with that, and you would have had the best review. I a also sorry that i have to write this, but this i my experience with them.

Live Car Model imports models from China that are not usually available from other retailers. Live Car's website is very well done and easy to use. I received models I ordered, shipped from China in good condition within 9 days. Live car Model handles LCD models, which in my experience are superior to that of any other model maker.

Live Car Model is my go-to retailer for model cars.

It’s been 32 business days since my order was placed and I never received anything.

Edit: June 16, 2026 — They refunded me after I reached out. I still give their customer service 1 star because they never sent any email updates about the issue with my order. I was the one who had to contact them to find out what was going on. However, I’m updating my overall rating to 3 stars because they resolved the issue and gave me a full refund.

LiveCarModel delivered a model of an MB SL500 in perfect condition. These have become quite rare and I am very pleased.
The ordering process was simple, the options are easy to specify and the customer support I received from Rosa was first class.

I paid for a model that was showing in stock in June 2025. I had an account setup email sent, followed by an order status email 3 days after purchase to ‘refunded’. No email as to why it wasn’t supplied.

Terrible experience, I ordered a Looksmart Ferrari SF-21 that the site said was in stock. A few days after my order the company increased the price from $289.99 to $349.99. I was relieved that my order wasn’t cancelled at the time but 10 days went by and no shipping or communication whatsoever. I called the phone number and left a message, a representative emailed me and said that the car would be delivered within 9-21 days. I waited and waited and nothing ever came. 36 days in and I thought to myself “this is ridiculous, they just got a free $276 loan off me”. The only upside to this whole ordeal is that they were quick to refund me after I asked. Will NEVER purchase from this site again, avoid like the plague.

Although the description was a little confusing, once I contacted CS, my concerns were cleared up. I have been looking for the 55,56 and 57 Chevy belaire series for awhile and I finally found it. This is his favorite car and years.

no email updates after placing the order for 12 days. then after emailing them they had a shipping label created. the model is being shipped from china with estimated 7-21 day arrival. their return policy has a 10-20% "restocking fee" plus you have to pay the return shipping to them. before buying from them search on Ali Express and see if you can find the model you need at a much lower price yourself.

update - the model car arrived fine and it was a good quality product. i'm happy with it but i'm not still not happy with the lack of communication from the seller. they didn't give me any shipping update for 12 days and then only sent one after I emailed them. no where in the order process did they mention it would be shipping from china. again, everything turned out ok but just not really happy with the process here.

The 2020 Minichamps Porsche Panamera was exactly the car that I personally own and included the incredible detail that I was hoping for.

Ordering process on the LiveCarModel website was transparent and quite easy to navigate

An option for special packaging was offered which I felt was important enough to pay knowing that the 2020 Minichamps Porsche Panamera was to travel quite the distance from China to Bonita Springs, FL with multiple opportunities for handling issues.

The order was placed on March 12, 2026. Shortly thereafter I began receiving tracking updates from AfterShip.com specific to the whereabouts of the shipment.

AfterShip provided an incredible amount of information on the shipment on a daily basis, which I found very reassuring that a “loss during shipment” was very low risk

The 2020 Minichamps Porsche Panamera arrived on March 24, 2026 in twelve (12) days, which is incredibly good give the distance traveled and the amount of handling that took place.

The packaging itself was excellent and fully protected the 2020 Minichamps Porsche Panamera upon its arrival. No scratches, dents, finger prints anywhere. The car is perfect!!

As background, I am a Packaging Engineer with over 45 years of experience. The preparation done by LiveCarModel and the logistics and shipment tracking by AfterShip.com was the best I’ve seen across multiple industries, including Amazon.com.

J'ai acheté une vw phaeton kyosho 1/18 chez eux sans connaître le site (pas vraiment connu sur les réseau sociaux), je pensais même que c'était peut être un scam vu les prix mais tout s'est bien passer de leurs côté.

En revanche la livraison était une catastrophe et la tracabilite indiquais que mon colis allais en revenais dans le dépôt de FedEx et ça pendant 2 semaines...bref j'ai eu la miniature en parfait état ensuite mais j'avoue que FedEx m'inspire pas confiance surtout en lisant les commentaires à leurs sujets.

Received a very nice model. I wanted a similar replica of my Mustang and it was almost identical. They even customized my license plate for the model too. Note, the hood opens, doors open, trunk opens, plus the steering wheel moves the tires. Thanks!

Ordered a limited edition model that cost me over $500. It was fulfilled from China and I received it with the spoiler broken off. Will not be purchasing anything from them again. The back of the model was covered in tape and glue like someone tried to fix it but shipped it anyway. Apparently this website does drop shipping.

Ordered a model early December, and ended up being refunded today. They state on their site that orders are fulfilled within 15-21 busniess days. My order still said "awaiting fulfillment" after that period. I contacted after that, and was told that exact statement. I messaged again to confrim that the item had not been processed and shipped. They did not respond for 2 days even though their site says they respond within 6-12 hours. The customer service lady is rude and give you little to no info about the whereabouts of your items. They have no problem taking your money, but its a struggle to get you your product. After some back and fourth, she bothers to tell me that their supplier was having delays. I said thats fine, I wish you would told me this instead of not saying a thing, can you tell me the time estimate of when it will arrive. She said 7-10 business days. I waited that time, and once that was up, surprise, my item still says "awaiting fulfuillment", I messaged again asking for an update as, at this point, I've been waiting a month for my porduct. Guess what she responds with, "our supplier is having shippign delays". IN THE SEVEN TO TENS DAYS SHE DID NOT SAY THAT THERE WERE EVEN FURTHER DELAYS. NO COMMUNITION UNLESS YOU BEG FOR IT AND RUDE RESPONSES. I told her to forget it and cancle my order, she tried to "save" it by offering me discounts on furture purchases, etc. I said absolutely not, I will not give my business and money to somewhere this unprofessional, rude, and who cannot communicate simple things. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU WANT A PLEASENT EXPERICENCE.

I contacted Allen because the items online would arrive after Christmas. Allen offered to have me stop by the warehouse to review several cars and included a tour. It was like purchasing a new vehicle with great service. I got the gifts I needed before Christmas and was worth the traffic back to west LA, due to freeway repairs ! Will visit again soon!
