I booked a trip to the Galapagos ten months in advance. When I came to pay the balance I was told all lower deck cabins were taken and I would have to pay more for an upper desk one, as I had my booking in writing I complained and finally I didn't have to pay extra. It was very annoying having to talk to several people rather than have one person dealing with the booking. I had to send duplicate copies of some paperwork as it was "mislaid". Won't be using this company again.

I recently booked a dive trip with Liveaboard, and, following the advice, chose an outstanding boat and crew. They were incredibly helpful with making the arrangements and being sure that all paperwork was completed on time. Liveaboard’s help lead immeasurably to a successful trip without any snags!

Great crew, awesome diving, this is the liveaboard I did the least effort before diving. Great food.

Do NOT book via this website. I lived in Egypt and booked a trip for 4 people on a liveaboard in the Red Sea. The other 3 divers traveled from the US and were able to go on the trip, but I got covid right beforehand and was not able to attend. Their customer service is an absolute joke. You will never speak to the same person twice, and none of their reps know what they are doing. I was offered a credit to liveaboard.com and when I replied saying I would accept that, they told me that actually it’s not possible and I could only use the credit to go with the original operator. Why would you offer something and then not actually give it to a customer? I no longer live in Egypt and they are completely unwilling to make good on their offer for the liveaboard.com credit. They have a nice UI but you do not get ANY benefit booking through them. You should use their search function to find an operator and then book directly through that company’s website instead.

Nice boat with a max. of 16 divers. We were 14 in 3 groups. Spacious cabins, excellent food. Very friendly and attentive crew. Some dive sites visited several times during the 10 day trip, but always nice dives.

I have booked more than 6 Liveaboard trips around the world these two years, and planned to book more soon, Liveaboard.com is the only company I trust and really enjoyed their professional services, so didn’t have any 2nd thoughts about other agents at all. I have booked four different trips in the Red Sea, and it was always helpful and easy to communicate.
Espesialy in the case of last minute trip they helped me to find a good, available one.

I've been on several liveaboard safaris and have logged hundreds of dives, but this was my first trip to the Maldives.
In terms of value for money, this was by far the best trip I've ever been on.

Boat,cabin: Absolutely fine for the price – air-conditioned and clean. Comfortable places to rest! Dhoni was also very very spacios with sundeck.

Crew: Exceptionally friendly, approachable, helpful in every way, funny, and professional.

Food: Snacks were available throughout the day, unlimited drinking water, breakfast was buffet-style and also had made-to-order options for breakfast eggs. Lunch and dinner were served buffet-style. Drinks were available for a reasonable price (wine, beer, cocktails, soft drinks, etc.). I will truly miss this part – nowhere else I've been has offered such delicious food. Everything was fresh, a mix of local and international dishes – I absolutely loved it! Special thanks to the guys at the bar and for the chef for sharing some of the recipes!

Tour guide and dive guides: Professional, patient, quick to assess the current conditions and adapt as needed. Incredible attitude – they really made the most out of every dive site. Our manta dive and shark feeding experiences were absolutely breathtaking! Special thanks to Shasha and Madhu (hope I spelled their names correctly).

I would definitely return – in fact, I will return to this boat!

Wij hebben een TOP liveaboard gehad aan boord van de Carpe Vita (malediven),

Nadat onze oorspronkelijke boot was omgezet naar een charter hebben zowel de mensen van Liveaboard.com als de eigenaar van de Carpe vloot ons ontzettend netjes en vriendelijk geholpen een volwaardig alternatief aan te bieden.

De Carpe Vita is een zeer comfortabele boot.
Veel plek om te zitten (zon en schaduwplekken of in de airco). ZEER ruime hutten, met een lekker liggend groot bed (ook als je bijna 2 meter bent). fluisterstille airco en heel veel opbergplekken. Badkamer met toilet, inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel.

Eten aan boord was telkens een feestje. Ook voldoende vegetarische opties. Hulde aan de chef.

Samen met de Duikdoni een fantastische uitval basis voor mooie duiken.

Chakka de duikleider heeft ons de C-groep hele mooie dingen aten zien. Veel haaien en roggen, walvishaai, mantas's, bidsprinkhaangarnaal, bladvis etc etct etc. Een topgids.

Let wel je wordt geacht ZELFSTANDIG te kunnen duiken als buddyteam. De gidsen zijn zoals de naam het zegt, gidsen.
Een DSMB onder elke omstandigheid kunnen oplaten en vertrouwd zijn met Nitrox en diepe duiken met zo nu en dan flinke stroming en een rifhaak weten te gebruiken is echt het minimum van wat je moet kunnen.

De afwisseling in duiksites was prima. Veel mooie natuur gezien. Schokkend ook hoe het rif ook hier heel erg achteruit is gegaan. De opwarming van de aarde is heel erg zichtbaar.

De boot en de duiken, maar vooral ook de mensen op de boot maakte dit een fantastische vakantie. Zonder iemand tekort te willen doen, de hele bemanning onder leiding van kapitein Adam was professioneel en hardwerkend en vriendelijk.
Er sprongen twee mensen echt uit. De kapitein van de Doni en de meneer die de kamers schoonmaakte.
Super vriendelijk.

Al met al kijken wij weer uit naar volgend jaar en kunnen we liveaboard.com als organiserende site en de Carpe groep als uitvoerende Liveaboard boten van harte aanraden.

Absoluter Albtraum – Finger weg von JP Marina & Liveaboard.com!

Wir sind drei Frauen aus der Schweiz, Österreich und Deutschland und haben über Liveaboard.com eine Tauchsafari auf dem Schiff JP Marina gebucht – und mussten das Boot nach nur 3 Stunden fluchtartig verlassen.

Warum? Weil das Boot in einem katastrophalen Zustand war: dreckig, heruntergekommen, das Equipment alt und kaputt, die Luft in den Tauchflaschen roch ölhaltig – ein ernstzunehmendes Gesundheitsrisiko!

Die Crew war unfreundlich und respektlos – nach gerade einmal 2 Stunden an Bord wurden wir belästigt. Als wir das Boot verlassen wollten, wurden wir unter Druck gesetzt, ein Formular zu unterschreiben, in dem wir bestätigen sollten, dass alles „in Ordnung“ sei. Andernfalls, so die Drohung, würden wir unsere Pässe nicht zurückbekommen. Erst nach der erzwungenen Unterschrift wurde ein Transfer organisiert.

Liveaboard.com war währenddessen nicht erreichbar. Auch danach war der Support völlig nutzlos – trotz Fotobeweisen, klarer Schilderung der Zustände und offensichtlicher Verstöße wurde keinerlei Hilfe geleistet. Unser Geld haben wir bis heute nicht zurückerhalten. Und das Boot? Ist immer noch auf der Plattform buchbar.

Absolut verantwortungslos. Wir sind enttäuscht, wütend und schockiert über dieses Verhalten – sowohl von der Crew als auch von Liveaboard.com. Für uns ist klar: Nie wieder Liveaboard.com.

It's the first time I've used LiveAboard, and I can't recommend them enough. I will definitely use them again for any diving adventure I am planning on taking. The best bit (apart from their really cool staff) is that they have so many options, styles of accommodation, budgets, dates, etc., and I was looking for a great liveaboard for a reduced or discounted price.
The service the LiveAboard staff provided me was fantastic. They were very reliable and prompt in responding to my queries. Staff—exceptional. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

I went for my very first Liveaboard in April 2025 and I must say it was amazing. I thought that my dive trip was really worthwhile as everyday on board was just eat, sleep and dive. The food and crew was good. The operations from fetching to and fro from your hotel to the boat and subsequently to the dive sites were seamless! It really gave me a positive experience and I can't wait to go for my next Liveaboard.

The team of specialized travel agents at Liveaboard are knowledgeable, easy to work with, and dedicated to insuring the very best experience for their clients. Liveaboard were really good to deal with. Firstly in finding a trip that suited our budget and requirement and then after the trip in sorting out a few discrepancies. I highly recommend going through them as you can also get discounts on trips you may not get directly. They are also very quick to respond.
