I bought a car seat from Little Peas recently but I soon realised it wasn't suitable for my autistic child.
I called Little Peas & explained my worries. I spoke to Alan and he stated that their main priority is child safety and if the seat I purchased couldn't offer that safety then he'd refund me on the basis the seat was still in excellent condition and not been involved in an accident.
As a parent who gave up their job to care for their child, to know that I could be refunded was a huge relief and wouldn't be out of pocket to buy a replacement. He relieved me of my anxiety.

Refreshingly good customer service
I recently had some back and forth with these guys about my order - bought some cot protectors for my toddlers play space. The customer service was fantastic—prompt, friendly, and very helpful.
I initially reached out because my shipping seemed to be taking longer than expected. It turned out that the delay was actually my mistake as I hadn’t read the shipping information properly. Despite this, the team was incredibly understanding and helped sort everything out.
It’s refreshing to deal with a smaller business for once. I wanted to give a shout out to the team for their excellent service. Highly recommended!

It took nearly a month to receive product. It was packaged poorly(not in a box) and came crushed. Product is cheap product from China. I wouldn’t recommend, poor quality.

No delivery of product, lack of communication
Like others on here, I ordered something in April for my son's birthday and now nearing the end of June they have not sent the item, nor a tracking number, and have now stopped responding to my emails requesting a refund or at least that they send me the item. I am losing hope that I will ever get the product--forget about a refund! At best they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in an online retailer. At worse, they are scammers.
EDIT TO ADD: I did finally receive a refund. But it was only after sending multiple emails that went unanswered for many weeks, and leaving reviews like this one. I do hope you all improve your customer service experience!

Scam, not responsive
Requested a return/refund and have been waiting for many weeks for them to send the return label. Followed up many times and got no response. Looks like a scam website with very cheap and poorly made products, never order anything from here
Response to little pea shop’s reply below: I was promised a return label on March 27. I sent follow-up emails on April 4, 8, and 14 and got absolutely no response until May 8 saying that I will get a refund. And that was after I wrote this review in April (the date mentioned is when it is updated, not when it was originally posted). So no, this review is not misleading because I have never encountered such poor customer service and having to wait a month and a half for a return/refund.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. It took weeks for delivery. I had to follow up to get order confirmation, to get a tracking number, to get a new tracking number that actually worked…Communication from them was always vague. When finally delivered - too late for the baby shower - the item came with no assembly instructions. Would NEVER order from them again.

Don't order anything for a baby here. Your baby will outgrow it before you get it. I waited a month for my order. When I contacted them after 2 weeks & tracking info telling me it was undeliverable and to contact the USPS with no tracking info to give them, they said after 75 days you can try and get a refund. That is like a year in a baby's life. You also can't return anything, except for store credit, after it reaches their warehouses in Australia or China. That means you better be able to afford to buy the replacement because it'll be months before you get your refund too (if they'll even give you a refund, instead of just shipping you more crap that takes forever to receive). By the time I finally received the item, which was overpriced to begin with, my baby no longer needed it. We're going to try and recoup some of the money by selling it on marketplace. I'd never shop here again. Buyer beware!

The pajama set is one that stands out. It is very soft and cozy. My daughter did not want to take it off when she tried it on. The quality is outstanding! I would definitely recommend to buy. Customer Service is one of the best ones I have encountered.
