Hadnt shipped after 10 days. Then sent a tracking link which said it was in China. So it’s a dropshipped product. When I asked for a refund, they only partially refunded due to “handling fees” it hadn’t even left the warehouse??
I was disappointed with the product. My daughter had this on her baby list for her shower. It was a little expensive, but I decided to purchase it. When it arrived, it was in a plain brown box and the pillow had been preshrunk and was in a clear plastic zippered bag. There was no other packaging. I am not sure the pillow itself is worth the money. My 'ticket' has been closed without a resolution.
Have emailed 3 x for a refund. Don’t be fooled by the 30 Day refund promise as all requests for a refund are being ignored.
I requested a return via email because the clothing was the wrong size—or at least extremely large for the size I purchased. I received no response whatsoever. I considered keeping the item to use later, once the baby grew a bit. However, after washing it, I noticed the chemical smell had intensified, and the odor didn't go away even after airing it out for days.
I bought the baby lounger. It was vacuum sealed, seems tacky, the middle part isn’t padded for baby to lay on. Not worth $134.00!

Amazing product I purchased the baby lounger and it’s truly a life saver in times of need , my baby loves sleeping in it I use it all day long definitely recommend!!!!
This business is a scam, I’d honestly advise new mums/parents stay away. I ordered the baby lounger and it didn’t match the photos - the fabric is so loose and doesnt sit nicely around the lounger causing me worry about safety. I have emailed about a refund and have been ghosted despite following up with them. Save your money and go elsewhere.
This is the part I didn't expect to matter as much as it does. The moment I put my baby down in the lounger, she settles right away. Would definitely recommend to any new Moms. My wife loves it so much!
Bought the soft nest baby lounger when my little one was about 4 months, and it's been a great purchase. the sides are firm enough to feel secure but not so high. it had an anti reflux padding, which i really liked.
