These workshops are something different for the school holidays. My children usually attend sports clubs and it has been great to join them in doing something new.

The workshops provided a clear purpose, used appropriate scientific terms for my children and above all provided science based activities that we all enjoyed. The presenters are very friendly and enthusiastic and they were interested in what my children had to say.

The sessions were well organised with special little touches such as lab coats, goggles, wizards' hats which all added to the authenticity. So far, we have really enjoyed the first two sessions and my children have asked to attend more so, we will get booked up.

It's also great when we get to bring something that we have created home with us and my children have proudly shown others what they have made and found out. Many thanks for providing such a quality experience.

Attended the Irvine session with my 3 year old grandson. Very well ran session, the girls are very informative and attentive. Grandson was a bit shy but, hopefully he'll be better next week. Very impressed and would highly recommend for others to try. The kids love it!

Took my 4 year old along for his first session on 10/07. He was fascinated with all the substances and loved mixing them all together. The science was explained at a good level for the children and the facilitators seemed genuinely interested in what the kids had to say. Booked up straight away for the following week he enjoyed it so much

Wonderful class from start to finish! A warm welcome, an engaging and fun learning experience with lots for the little ones to do. My son was so invested in the story told and the task in hand. We both really enjoyed our time and will be coming back for more sessions. I asked my 4 year old if he thought it was good and he said 'No Mummy it wasn't good, it was super duper duper duper duper fantastic, one hundred, thousand thumbs up! I can't wait to go back!' Well done to everyone involved.

My 8 year old and 5 year old both loved it! My oldest boy even said, “wow! Has that been an hour, felt like 2 minutes!”

I brought my five year old son to the session at Irvine. It was excellent. He absolutely loved mixing everything together and discovering he could make lots of chemical reactions. It was super fun and explained incredibly well along with including each child individually. I have booked again for next week as my son was super excited when he came out of the class and definitely wanted to go back. Lovely ladies making science exciting, interesting and fun for children and adults!! We both loved it and are looking forward to next week. Thank you.

My daughter attended her first session on Monday 10/07/23 and can’t wait to come back.
From the warm welcome on arrival to the high level of organisation, knowledge and fun in such a short space of time I feel you will be hard placed to find such a brilliant class for all of your budding little scientists.
Ashley & Siobhan made science fun and relatable for all of the kids.

My kids and I attended a ‘cave painting’ workshop with my two kids aged 6 and 9 years old.

It was well organised, both facilitators were friendly, knowledgeable and engaging and the session ran smoothly throughout.

The session enabled kids to naturally explore and use their own curiosity to make predictions based on what they anticipated would happen when various substances and solutions were mixed

Following on from this, each child left with a completed piece of artwork based on a reaction formed through acid/alkaline exposure

I also liked how the facilitators explained what happened and there was a follow up session sent via email to continue learning at home.

Both my kids have asked to return in future

We attended the p1-4 science lesson in Mearns Church. We found out about the session from Facebook and as my girl loves science we booked. The timings of session were perfect and the price was very reasonable for the quality of learning that took place during the session. The ladies were very professional and explained the outcomes and learning at the beginning, throughout and concluded with the key points the children had learned about. I was very impressed and have now booked for other weeks. I hope to go to more of these events throughout the year.
