I have worn the hugging earings with a flower which is detachablepriced £14.99 for just one week and the silver which is obviously plated not 925 has come off . I am furious what a waste . They turned my ears green too . I wondered why my ears were a bit tingly as they can't be 925 it's obvious . I want a full refund . Not hapoy at all .

Customer service is shocking as in none existent. I placed my order 13 days ago & have chased my order up twice with no response. 13 days & still no earrings for a UK based company is not acceptable, I get items shipped & delivered from companies abroad quicker. Still waiting for my earrings, and won’t be recommending or using this company again.

Easy website, great reasonably priced jewellery, got updates and necklace was beautiful

If i could give no stars I would. I like to support small businesses but this one has disappointed me! Purchased x3 items they didn’t arrive till quite some time. Emailed the company no reply msg via social media no reply! Items arrived but aren’t very good they are flimsy and one earring hoop is bent! Have emailed yet again no reply! Very disappointing will not be purchasing from them again!

I brought 3 pairs of earrings, the arrived quickly and beautifully packaged ( felt like i had sent myself a gift). I love them all, such good quality. Will definitely be buying more x

The earrings are always of excellent quality and weight, and the packaging is very well thought out and protects the earrings perfectly.
I have made orders with The Little Earring Company twice now, and am sure I'll be making more orders in the future as new designs are released.

The products are average quality at best. I got the subscription box which supposedly contained more value than the price of the box, however I wouldn't have paid any more for what I received.
The main issue is how difficult it was to cancel the subscription, and that the company just didn't respond at all to any communication attempts.
