I have been tortured by an outdated XCART and longtime frustration over lack of XCART Developer support and their predatory 'vendor lock-in' nature of their policies. I've known for years I needed a way out, but had no real idea where to start. Then after an exhaustive search I landed with a company specializing in migration of XCART to other more common, sensible and open WP platforms such as WooCommerce. It seemed almost too good to be true, but it *IS* true. They are real, they are experienced, and they are a great team to work with. I came to my project with very little knowledge of WP or WooCommerce. LitOS made the process easy for me, effective, and even as a US vendor the time difference was hardly an obstacle as they worked and communicated in such a manner that we were nearly seamless in our collaborations. I will not only recommend this organization of experienced and adept technical engineers—in fact, I plan to use their services again. I found them trustworthy, supportive and very capable. My site had a very specific frontend requirement to match as well as backend features I wanted to retain despite the migration. LitOS facilitated all of this at an expert level. I desired my UX to be seamless and not disruptive to my customers. It is virtually impossible to discern that the entire platform of my site has been updated. We asked Litextention to work on our data migration & store design migration from Squarespace to Shopify store. Andrew from Litos was in charge of our store design migration, and he did absolutely 100% of design migration job and it made our shopify store identical to Squarespace. There was a small request made from us, which we preferred the default cart design appears on the header from Shopify Dawn theme - sadly that request was not being accommodated, he said it requires 10 more hours to put that default cart back up top, as it was in the original Dawn theme which he was modifying, so we gave up on that. But reason why I would still give him 5 star is he would find some issues that we didn't spot, and he informed us right away and updated for us to make sense for users. Over all, communication was great, and trustworthy designer ! Thank you.
