Sophia at Little Lookz Studio was so quick to help when I ordered the wrong size phone case for my daughter for Christmas. I notified them and asked if it could be exchanged. They replied within 24 hours and told me they had already put the correct size in the mail to me and to keep the other one. They were not only helpful, but did it so kindly and promptly! I purchased two of these bras. They do not look like the picture on FB. Nor do they fit properly. I am returning these ugly looking bras.
I received my order in todays mail. After opening the package and looking at these bras, they didn't look like the ones on Facebook. That was my first disappointment. the 2nd disappointment, was the fit was overly big. It didn't feel comfortable at all. Now I need to find out how I can return these ugly bras.

The positive reviews on this site list a company titled LyzLookz - which is different from the company name LyzLook. There is no website for LyzLookz. The address listed for the US address does not include a state - it's a fake address; the product comes from China. Without even ordering - which I wanted to do - I can see that this is not the kind of company I'd want to do business with.

Whilst delivery was exceptionally quick the bottoms is nothing like the pictures, smaller than it should be and horrible material. It says they’re based in America but it’s shipped from China?

2 weeks ago I bought a gothic style crop and it was not something I could find anywhere. The product never arrived in my mailbox or if it did it was (probably) stolen. I contacted them about the item that disappeared from my mailbox and they did everything they could to help. When they couldn't find it, they sent me a new one as a gift. That was really very gratifying. Thank you very much.

Ho ordinato il giorno 11/03 sul sito, ordine numero 13001. Non mi è stata ancora inviata alcuna e-mail di conferma di avvenuta spedizione dell’ordine. Since I accidentally ordered shoes in the wrong size, I reached out to the customer service. They were very helpful and accomodating. I was offered to send the product back in order to receive the right size without having to pay extra. Everything went smooth and the overall experience was very pleasant.
