Everyday I enjoy lite byte more and more. Their panel is amazing, works perfectly, looks beautiful, etc! Their support team is also amazing, fast responses, and the best responses. They are always willing to help no matter the issue, and it is definitely worth using LiteByte hosting!

Absolutely an 11/10 experience so far with Litebyte. I'm the owner of a Hytale server network, and with Hytale being so new, I've encountered problem after problem. Thankfully, support is very, very quick to help. In fact, I'd say that I've received better support from Litebyte than from any other server hosting company. Also, the pricing is on point—some of the best you can find.

I was looking for a reliable and stable host for my Minecraft server and LiteByte is both, I highly recommend it. It is not a perfect service though but the support is really good, that is a very important part of having a good service and they have it.

I love this hosting so much its super cheap and no lag gameplay I suggest getting this hoster because another reason is they got fast staff and are kind and really helpful and really fast in response.Its the best hoster I have seen in my life compared to the others.
I recommend trying it out.

They joined my discord, then after a while they dmed me asking me to transfer to their server host.
I told them some info, they said they couldnt match it, then they proceeded to offer me a worse server for my use case.
I looked them up on trustpilot and saw a negative review about a similar experience. I told them about this, then they proceeded to delete all the messages in our DMs. Very odd, why delete it if you have nothing to hide?

It's now been a year since I started using Litebyte. I haven't written a review yet because I wanted to be sure of the quality. Literally 0 big problems so far. I am super happy with everything they got going on. The panel for editing my server is clean. I am the poorest student you have met and can still pay for the services. I have contacted support through opening tickets and asking on discord a few different times and I have gotten response the same day every time.

Even if I was opening a small server for me and the boys or a bigger one open to public. Modded or unmodded, I would have no reason whatsoever to go to another hosting. Genuinely can't recommend this enough.

Been using litebyte for multiple months at the time of writing this and the experience has been great. Great prices, great performance, and great reliability. There has been no downtime aside from a very brief period of maintenance. The staff are very helpful whenever I have questions or encounter issues. Highly recommend.

I was contacted via unsolicited direct message shortly after a LiteByte Hosting representative joined my Discord server regarding a potential hosting/partnership offer.

After noticing multiple Discord accounts presenting themselves as LiteByte staff or representatives with similar branding and activity patterns, I privately contacted the company owner to ask for clarification about staff representation and account usage.

Instead of receiving an explanation, I was banned from their Discord server. I was not verified in the server at the time and therefore did not have permission to post in public channels. My contact with them was limited to private messages only.

After the ban, the owner informed me that staff members had told him I was typing in the general chat and that this was the reason for the removal. He later stated that after checking the server logs, this was not the case.

After I posted this review, the owner contacted me privately on Discord and asked me to remove it, stating that the review was harming their business. I declined this request. The messages were later deleted on their side of the conversation.

EDIT: This review was also flagged by the company as defamatory. After review by Trustpilot moderation, it was approved and restored.

Based on this experience, I had concerns regarding transparency, communication, and how feedback or questions are handled, and I decided not to pursue any partnership or service relationship with LiteByte Hosting.
