Gamblezen was a great experience, lucky me

Honestly the best vape shop ever!! I’ve attempted many times to quit smoking didn’t have the support, 4years ago I walked into liquid mist and never looked back, always there to help, always there for advice, not getting rushed about, walk in and be welcomed, have a laugh and a chat, you feel comfortable in the store.
It’s not about money at liquid mist it’s about the customer and if they are happy, always there to help!! For me there only 1 vape shop and that’s liquid mist, I’ll never look back

I went to Liquid Mist because the previous shop I used to go to was closed, Hence I have never been back. I was amazed at the service, the experience, the taste of the juices and the staff.
Andrew has been amazing advising on strength of juice and the ingredients are top quality.
Let me tell you about the shop. It's stunning. There is always something to look at it and it certainly beats the look of the bog standard vape shops going these days. Get yourself down to Liquid mist and try their juices, You wont regret it. I vape less now thanks to them.

Usually go to another store but it was closed. Went into the Gainsborough store and I was amazing at the set up, it was brilliant. I have had the same flavour for 3 years but after some recommendations from the gentleman (I didn’t get his name) I started with another flavour. He signed me up to the loyalty card too and explained the process which was fab.

Went in today with my friend and instantly felt welcome. Guy and Andy was super helpful and extremely funny, everything was explained perfectly and will definitely be going back.

Absolutely great service bought my pipe vape few days ago the liquid wasn't sitting well in the vape so when I spoke to the owner he knew the exact issue and the way to resolve it and sorted me out straight away fantastic place definitely 11/10 not going anywhere else

First visited Liquid Mist in Ashby on Sunday due to my go to local store being closed, had run out of eliquid and didnt have enough to get me through the night shift. Was welcomed by Georgia, who had prepared at my request my go to flavour.

Move onto today, I visited the store again in ashby as my vape kit was not working as should. It seemed like i kept getting dry hits as opposed to a flavourful vape. I met Andy today who has been nothing but exceptional - he has talked me through what the issue could be and fitted and primed a new coil instore for me.

After a few hours, it was like it had burnt the coil again so i returned to the store later the same day. Was greeted by Andy and he replaced the coil again, checked over the battery and then discovered that the device had no serial number, (this device I had bought from my other well known popular local store) meaning this could quite possibly be a fake! Andy went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy leaving the store, safe to say they have 100% gained a repeat customer here, as much as I felt I was being a pain Andy out me at ease, even offered me a coffee while I was there.

Biggest plus part for me, forget 1000 different flavours where 100 are the same just different brands. This is just like going straight to the brewery, quality liquid, just tell them what wierd and wonderful concoction you would like. Be that a banana jagerbomb or a honey jack Daniels with a lemon tart you be the maker of your own juice. Or if you have taste for something really random, opt for the moonshine!

Also recommend to take part in the loyality programme to also receive rewards back from your spending!

All the guys who work at liquid mist are very kind caring helpful friendly people. Andy is one of the most funniest characters going he can always put a smile on my face. He knows alsorts of thing to do with vapeing and smoking he will explain everything to you in great detail he will help you find the right thing you need to get you set up. If you have any medical issues he will explain how serton things can help you. Guy is another one who works alongside andy he dose therapy as well as helping with vapeing he is also a character there are just the most jolly helpful friendly amazing guys you could ever wish to know

Extremely good vibes, staff are amazingly helpful, happily spent a good 15 minutes with me helping me decide the correct vape and liquids. Couldn’t recommend more

Just walking past and on the off chance and saw a gentleman at the door.

I have no idea what I'm doing with vapes and totally a typical guy and couldn't even tell you what kind of device I have...

Honestly the owner told me to pop in and talked me through the whole process of the vapes and how to use them (properly) lol.

Along with his own brand and flavours I walked into 1932 Peaky Blinders! Which was decent , because one minute I'm in Ashby then I'm in Peaky Blinders which was great!

Honestly the owner was a shout which is refreshing and knew what he was on with , totally sorted my brain out and showed me all about this stuff as well as having a laugh! Which was lovely to be fair.

If you need advice or anything I'd deffo recommend going to see this absolute lad because he's a nice chap and local businesses need this attention..

They got this loyalty programme too which is quality and I'm deffo gonna pop in when I'm passing just to say hello , (the dude even showed me how to open it properly) ha ha , quality , deffo recommend.. 100 / 10
