Three months before my previous deal expired I was contacted by Liquid Expat and as before, they helped me every step of the way. They really know their stuff. Mortgage applications can be tricky and challenging and the process can be stressful, especially when you are an expat working in a country or earning a currency that is not favoured by UK lenders. Claire and Liam guided me through every step, they were always there with quick responses whenever I needed them or had a query and honestly… this made all the difference. I now have a much better deal that is affordable. They really do their research thoroughly and make sure that you get the best deal for you and your circumstances. More importantly, the staff at Liquid Expat always keep a very cool head and their support goes beyond working on documents. I feel like they are family, and I will never use any other mortgage broker. They work with UK residents on mortgages too, and when I move back home permanently I will only be using Liquid Expat. Liquid Expat took my full fee up front promising me I would have a mortgage offer and then completion within 3-4 months. From this point their level of service was nothing short of disgraceful. Once they had my money it was impossible to get any update as to how my application was progressing. Do not pay any money up front to this company. I ended up £1200 out of pocket and decided to cut my losses with them.
