Disappointing

I purchased initially 3 pairs of sandals and then 4 more because I'm between sizes and I never bought from them before to know which size fits best. From the second order I want to return 3 pairs of which 2 were same type but different sizes. I paid £21.99 for each pair and 1 day or 2 after I bought them, Linzi decided to sell them in the final outlet so no returns accepted. How is that fair??? I know your rules and I respect them, but when I bought the sandals they weren't in the final outlet and I paid much more for them. I need to return them, they don't fit properly and I can't have 2 pairs of shoes in different sizes. If I knew you disrespect your customers like this I would've never purchased from you. It was first and last time. I've been shopping online for a very long time and I've never seen anything like this.
You'll have to help me return the shoes, it would be the right and fair thing to do.

As a first time buyer I was persuaded by the great prices to buy two pairs of sandals for summer. They were both really lovely, fit well and look amazing. Delivery was quick and I was so delighted with them, I bought two more pairs!

Lovely sandals

Lovely sandals, third pair from Linzi. So comfortable and stylish, great value. Great service and delivery.
Have recommended to friends following several compliments. Until closer inspection you would think they are leather. I usually spend three times the price on sandals as have fussy feet. Very happy 😊

Sandals broke straight away

Bought a pair of sandals which broke the first time after wearing. Hannah from the customer care team has been really helpful with sorting this matter and has been really responsive to emails. I did opt for a refund instead of another pair but this has been dealt with extremely easily.

Great purchases - very happy

Ordered 5 pairs of shoes for an upcoming holiday. Shipping was quick and products came well packaged. Every pair was true to size and look great so I'm very happy with my order. Some were even in the sale so the price was excellent. Even the full price items were still great value for the shoe. All great quality.

Brilliant shoes and quick delivery

I was a bit nervous initially ordering from a company advertising on Facebook but happily report that the shoes arrived a couple of days later, beautiful quality, well packaged, fantastic value and will definitely be buying again from them.

Poor return/refund

Sent my parcel back over 10days ago,for a UK address i have never known a copy to say I have to wait 14days for the item to be recieved,then have to wait a further 3days for a refund,in all the years I ordered on line I have never known a company to take so long, plus they take another 2.99 from for refund for returned items

I won't be ordering again.

Our returns policy allows the full 14 working days for the parcel to be collected, processed, and returned to our warehouse and a return to be processed.

As soon as this has been actioned an email will be sent to you with an update on your return and refund.

Regarding the £2.99 deduction, this is our return fee, which is outlined in our returns policy.

Your feedback is important, and I’ve passed your comments on to the relevant team so we can continue to improve our service.

Stylish wedged sandals

Don't use if you need shoes soon

Placed on order on the 19th June, but it never arrived. Confirmed with Evri that they lost my order.
Contacted Linzi to let them know and ask what the next steps were. I needed these shoes for a holiday in the middle of July.
Linzi said to allow them 72 hours to get Evri to investigate and they would get back to me. They didn't.
I emailed them after the 72 hours and they moved the goal posts and have said now that I have to wait 2 weeks for the shoes to be returned to them from Evri, which they won't be because Evri have confirmed they are lost!
Then they would refund me after that and THEN I would have to re order the shoes which would obviously mean they wouldn't arrive in time for when I need them, despite me originally ordering in plenty of time.
This was my first order and I am disappointed in the customer service, they have had my money for nearly 3 weeks now and still want me to wait another week and a half more without my money and without my shoes.
I won't be re ordering.

Sandals arrived late

Sandals arrived too late for my holiday, despite paying for express delivery. The cost of the express delivery was refunded, but I had to go on holiday without my new sandals.
