Linz is the absolute best. We started ordering through a distributor during covid (2020 - Inland Seafood) and we have placed orders semi-annually ever since. The best beef money can buy.

Customer Service Lacking
Ordered several different sides as well as a prime rib roast. When I unpacked the Linz boxes from the Styrofoam cooler I discovered one of the loaded mashed potatoes containers had a broken top and the plastic wrap was torn. Some of the cheese and bacon had spilled into the box as well. I sent an email to Linz on 11/30 requesting a replacement and have never received a response from Linz.

Taste yet to be determined
Order arrived and as best as we could determine all the meat was still frozen. However, the cooler was destroyed and the dry ice not present (esp compared to other food shipments we receive). Haven’t cooked the meat yet though anticipate it to be excellent as previous orders.

Finally good Midwest beef in Arizona!! We are originally from the Midwest and when we moved to AZ we had a tough time finding the beef we are used to. We saw a Linz truck pulling up to a restaurant that we knew had great steaks so we found Linz that way. We have been ordering from them ever since and have never been disappointed. Great customer service that makes sure our products arrive frozen even in 115 degree heat!!

Well packaged and arrived on time
The food was well packaged and arrived on time. I do not consider myself a good cook but the food was easy to prepare and taste great. Made my Thanksgving for 2 simple, easy and less stressful. Plus I was able to share some with my sister.

Great Company
