I placed an order immediately noticed the address was wrong so I emailed support as it stated on the confirmation email. Nothing was done and I needed to refuse the order

A few small alterations

A few smal broken draw closers but Linsy was quick to help remedy. The 3 seated and 2 seater look great. I only bought 1 ottoman but will definitely be adding a second going forward. The cushion on the ottoman slides off very easily. I velcro'd it to the board underneath.

Wrong color provided.

While the sofa itself is great and was able to be put together easily enough - it is t the color ordered. All 11 of the 12 boxes delivered so far had “Slate Grey” on the side, but everything’s Navy Blue in color.

I love my couch!

I love my couch! I love the fact that it’s modular, meaning I can rearrange it in many different ways! Also, if I wanted in the future to add more pieces to make it a larger sectional I could. The covers are washable as well, which is a huge plus! It’s fairly easy to put together, although I will say it came in seven boxes which was a bit overwhelming at first, but I was able to put it together pretty easily once I got the hang of it! The cushions come pretty stiff, but I’ve only had my couch for a short period of time and already they’re more comfortable! I’ve fallen asleep so many times on this couch already! 10/10

Not Quality Fabric

The fabric that the Rubik-I is made of is not high-quality fabric. The fabric pulls and creates runs very easily. I’ve had my Rubik sofa for under a year and am already looking for replacement cushion covers. My last sofa was from Ikea, and I never had one tear or pull in the fabric, and I had that couch, with the same usage, for over 7 years.

UPDATE: After posting this review, the LIDNY HOME company reached out to me (which I thought was great customer service at the time), saying they would send me replacement covers in exchange for an updated review. Since then, they sent a UPS package which appeared to be smaller than the replacement covers should be (maybe they only sent one), but LIDNY HOME did not pay for the shipping cost, so UPS would not deliver the package.

After letting them know that UPS would not deliver the package, they kept insisting that I pay the delivery cost and that they would "reimburse" me. This made me feel uneasy and like this was more of a scam, especially since the package size did not match the size of the replacement covers.

UPDATE: After continuing my conversation with LINSY Home, they were able to resend replacement covers for the couch at no expense, and I received them within 2 weeks. I am happy to say that their customer service was understanding and helped resolve the issue. The quality of fabric this product uses for their sofas does not have a long lifespan, like other sofas I've owned, the company does have quality customer service.

Broken piece on Rubik 3

I had a broken piece on the Rubik 3 and I tried to see if I could order a replacement. My customer service rep was friendly and helped with the issue fast. Linsy customer service is the best I have ever experienced.

Shipping was super fast

Shipping was super fast. I’m very impressed with the quality for the price. I would highly recommend. I’ve had my set for about two weeks. Perfect couch for a dog owner with couch potato mutts.

Nothing Ever Came

According to the Shop app which is what Linsy Home uses for tracking, it said that my order was expected May 3. It even said that delivery was guaranteed. As of today (May 7th), I've still not received anything. I emailed Linsy support, and the reply I received wasn't written coherently. I emailed them back to confirm that they understood that nothing has arrived. It's been more than 24 hours, and I've received no reply. I still have no idea where my coach is.

The quality and size of the pieces are…

The quality and size of the pieces are not at all what is advertised. Additionally, there are stains on 3 of the pieces. I have been trying to reach them for 2 days to find out how to initiate a return, and they haven't responded to my email, and no one answers the phone number listed on their Facebook page.

That fabric is rough and the cushions hard. I swear the reviews must be fake. If they accepted a return without a fee I would send it back pronto! It’s not worth it! I don’t know what to do with this massive pit sectional that hate!

Bad buy

I bought a mattress from this site. Upon receipt, it didn't match the description on the Linsy site at all. I made a complaint on 3/14/2025, and customer service still gives me the same answer and doesn't give me a return procedure. They refuse to refund me. Avoid this site, don't order.
I can't give zero stars, too bad

I was so happy to find a modular couch

I was so happy to find a modular couch! We have a smaller living room so I like all the arrangement options. Super easy to put together. Tool is included so you don't need anything. Love the console and the couch looks amazing. A little stiff at first but that's to be expected with the Rubik III. It's not as plush as the V.

Fantastic couch, glad we got it!

The easiest couch building experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I worked together one box at a time. I unpacked and broke down the box while she built the piece. It took us under 90 minutes to unpack, breakdown, assemble, and clean up the entire sectional plus console and two ottomans. So far, the couch is delightfully firm and the ottomans make it very lounge friendly. The seats are shallower than our previous couch but the ottomans eliminate any complaints! The storage compartments are deep and easily accessible. The dark color has a nice tone to it and doesn’t look out of place in our otherwise lightly colored living room. GET THE CONSOLE. YOU’RE GONNA LOVE THE CONSOLE! My minor criticism is there is no attachment between the cushion and the base of the ottomans, so the cushion is easily pushed off. We’re going to add our own little grip pieces to fix that issue, but it would be nice if there was a non-slip strip or Velcro added to the base of the ottoman cushions.
