We had to order a replacement cushion…

We had to order a replacement cushion after an incident with our dog. The cushion arrived super fast! I love our Linsy couches (yes couchES). They have great storage, great movability and flexibility and stand up to life's challenges perfectly! If any replacement piece or addition is needed it arrives SO quickly!

Sturdy and usable

I got two storage ottomans and a consul on super discount. Value can’t be beat and they are sturdy pieces that have been holding up to daily use in a house with two big dogs. They were easy to assemble. When anything is plugged into the consul it leaves the cords on top of the consul so you can’t use the table very well, and the wood side of the consul top showed up a little banged up. But again for the price I can’t complain too much! We’ve been enjoying our pieces.

Everything was perfect exept the…

Everything was perfect exept the shipper(fedex) they lost one of my packages. But Linsy re ordered the missing package once Fedex admitted they lost the package.

Wish they didn't use Fedex. I would also be interested in finding out how to order replacment cover. Looks like a lot of them are out of stock.

We love our LINSY home modular sectional! The versatile design is perfect for our living room space! From the standard couch design to the ultimate movie night cozy spot! The storage under each piece is a huge bonus for storing blankets, board games & toys! We recently purchased the console & it completes the whole set! Giving us a space for drinks & movie night snacks & a spot so that we never have to worry about losing the remotes!

Amazing Product and Amazing Customer Support

I purchased a 6-seat Rubik V in October. I was amazed at how quickly my order arrived- in only a week! Each piece came in its own sturdy box and they were well packed. Putting the pieces together was super simple, and I could tell that the construction of the couch itself was solid.
We had chosen the dark linen fabric for the upholstery, but had some issues with it pilling after a few weeks. The fabric was also a little stiffer than I realized or wanted. When I reached out to customer support for my concerns, they immediately sprang to action to help solve the issue. They offered to send replacement covers of the same fabric or offered me replacement covers of their new chenille fabric. The covers had to be shipped from their overseas warehouse, but arrived pretty quickly for being shipped around the holidays.

I received the new covers and changed them out the same day. I noticed that I was missing one cover and emailed them right away. They were super quick to send one right out and it arrived in about a week.
I was blown away by how helpful and kind this company was. I don’t normally write reviews, but they went above and beyond. We absolutely love our couch! It is extremely soft and comfy. The versatility of the pieces is so awesome and for the size of couch we bought, the price is unbeatable. We are so happy to have more seating for friends and family when they visit!

No Assistance From Customer Service After a Week

We ordered the Rubik V in Linen. It arrived quickly, and it was relatively easy to put together. The blue things that keep the seats/ottomans in place are not nearly as easy to get in as the videos make it seem. The spacing between them and the way the fabric sits over the holes is very inconsistent; a few did slide right in, but others took work, wiggling, and forcing.
The biggest issue is that the stitching is awful. We have several cushions that arrived with loose stitching, loose strings, with holes in them allowing the filling to come out, and the stitching around a zipper for a seat cover is separating with several of them loose. Same with the pet modules, the stitching was loose in every cushion, and each cushion looked like they had an ink stain on them.
I reached out to Linsy Home about the issues over a week again and am still waiting on a response.

Quality and Comfort Do Not Match the Marketing

I strongly regret this purchase and want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.

From day one, this couch never delivered the advertised “cloud-like” comfort. The pillows do not properly fluff or stay in place and never fully fill the covers, which makes the couch uncomfortable and poorly supported. After washing the covers in cold water as instructed, the fabric began to pill significantly—clear evidence of low-quality material. The fabric is also rough and itchy, not soft or premium as advertised.

I contacted customer support multiple times with little success. Eventually, the brand reached out directly and told me my order had been escalated, prioritized, and that compensation would be reviewed. I provided detailed photos and explanations documenting the pilling, pillow issues, and overall lack of comfort. They acknowledged the problems and promised to follow up.

That follow-up never happened.

Instead, I later discovered that the brand had blocked me. Blocking customers does not change real experiences or honest reviews.

To be transparent, this company also enforces a 20% return fee, which feels especially concerning given the quality issues. While I take responsibility for not catching this policy sooner, brands that truly stand behind their products typically do not penalize customers for returns—especially when the product does not perform as advertised.

My biggest takeaway: do not rely solely on influencer promotions. Based on my experience, this couch is not worth the price, and the post-purchase support does not reflect a customer-first brand.

In hindsight, I should have spent more upfront and purchased from brands like @anabei.home or @cozey, which offer clear trial periods and stand behind their products. I hesitated due to the price and regret it now. Comfort after a long day is not something you should have to compromise on.

Learn from my mistake. Don’t be me.

Missing part of order

I am missing a package and I have had difficulties having them send the missing piece. I like the couch but the customer service on resolving this has been horrible and frustrating.
