I would like to assure you that we take sizing very seriously, and we make every effort to provide accurate size charts on our website to help customers select the right size.

To be supported, please check the size tag on collar.

- If it is incorrect, we would like to support resending new item for free.

- Otherwise, please take measurements of your item in flattening position and compare to sizing chart attached. (Please expect 0.5-1.5cm differences due to manual measurements). If there's a big difference, please send us clear photos of measurement, we will also support to resend new item for free.
