GASGAS EC350
Received my Gasgas ec350 today, the deal these guys had on couldn’t be matched by anyone in the country. I dealt with Ian Baker and from start to finish it was hassle free and making the experience of buying a new bike enjoyable as it should be.
100% would use lings Gasgas again!

Avoid. False advertising and terrible after sales customer service.
I paid a deposit on a new pre-registered Trials motorcycle online. On the phone the salesman said it had done 1-2 hours in the workshop but they would provide full standard warranty. They sent me a low quality video walkaround. On delivery the tyres were half worn. The sales manager is apparently adamant the bike has only done 1-2 hours and that it is "normal wear and tear" to the tyres. Totally unacceptable.
Update 26/05/2023.
The Google reviews of this dealer seem to have disappeared since I posted the photos of the tyres.

Thank you Dan for your feedback, your comments are important to us. Lings, as a family run business, prides itself on the service offered. The used bike purchased by yourself had completed around 2 hours light practice, following which the bike went through our workshop where a trained Gas Gas technician went through the bike completing a thorough pre delivery inspection and received a clean sign off. The Sales Manager reviewed the images you have taken and along with the workshop team concluded that the tyres are in keeping with the use of the bike and pre delivery inspection.
Attentive staff!
Attentive staff. Delivers on promises. Delivery driver an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Very poor customer service from the…
Very poor customer service from the staff. Kevin was helpful but the other were very unhelpful. Fails to contact me in numerous occasions.
Held back delivery time of my bike for days. I didn’t even know what time my bike was arrive on the day of delivery despite chasing and chasing for a time. I would never use lingo again and I am going to inform all my bike mate of the poor service I received.

Initially, we had provided you with a delivery date, but we understand that you were eager to receive your bike before your scheduled racing event. Therefore, we went above and beyond to expedite the process and worked closely with one of our other delivery teams to ensure that your bike was delivered within a week, despite the busy start of the riding season. We made sure to keep you informed about the delivery timeline throughout the process.
Please note that our delivery routes are planned on the day by the driver, based on the stops they need to make. Although we strive to provide you with an accurate delivery time, the driver usually contacts the recipient when they are approximately an hour away to avoid any potential delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
Once again, thank you for your feedback and for choosing our service. We hope that you enjoy your new bike!

First bike I've bought from lings ordered the gasgas mc65 for my son bike came in exactly when they said it would. Sales man Kevin was first class very helpful even sent me a personalised video of the bike when it come in which I thought was a very nice touch.recently bought an rmz 450 from a different retailer in Scotland and left feeling unhappy with the service. Safe to say I will be buying future bikes from lings.
