Linga support is incredible. I've had the pleasure of working with Cassidy Rosell who always does an amazing job assisting me with support inquiries. She's patient, amicable, and true product expert.

We are currently using their LINGSPOS…

We are currently using their LINGSPOS at our business location in Ohio. Their service is worst. It blanks out during transaction. Credit terminals disconnects all the time. Kitchen/ register printer disconnects during operation. customer waiting time is more. I have complained so many time about their online ordering system. Customer shows their credit card statements for deducting the amounts and store never prints in store or kitchen printer.

There are so many issue we are facing. Customer service sucks. It's been 3 months using their pos and facing issue every day.

Thanks Cassidy and the whole Linga team

Cassidy is and has been a patient, professional and upbeat CSR to our whole team as we became acclimated to the Linga system. Extremely patient and understanding as our timeline for on-boarding has been compressed. She helped us with key issues that allowed us to retain a key customer. The whole Linga team has been exceptional and we couldn't do this work without them

Truly the service/knowledge was amazing due to Nate Watt, he is such an asset to your company! He is friendly, funny & so nice to work with! He knew exactly what to with POS to adhere to our company needs.

Anthony & Tyra

We upgraded our old POS system to Linga and we’ve had hiccups here and there but that goes with learning/switching to a new system we’re not accustomed to. We will just say that Anthony our onboarding specialist and Tyra from the customer support team from Linga are the absolute best. We’ve had big and small issues but they are exceptional at their job at assisting us at our restaurant with every little or big question we’ve asked. Tyra especially has been a big help since our restaurant tends to run into issues on the weekends (our busiest of days) and she has helped me numerous times and is always so efficient and professional. We wouldn’t be able to work at our 100% without her and all the Linga customer service team that has assisted us with our questions or issues.

Linga has really improved our back…

Linga has really improved our back office accounting and made our productivity and profits skyrocket on the front end. Paden has been especially helpful with our support needs!

Anthony Truntz did a great job!…

Anthony Truntz did a great job helping us launch LINGA in our new ice cream shop Royal Scoop Estero. We couldn’t have done it without his support. Knowing that he was just a phone call away to help us was very reassuring and gave me a lot of confidence in the LINGA support team!

4 months of headache

4 months of headache, the only thing that was quick and functional was to collect and sign the contract. The rest was very bad service. We are still waiting for the refund of the money since they asked for the things we had bought back and they never gave us our money back.

Dear former customer,

We apologize for the misunderstanding. Your refund was approved in June of this year, and we provided return labels and detailed instructions on how to return the equipment on two separate occasions.
According to our policy, customers are required to return the equipment within 30 days of the refund approval date. We reached out to you to ensure you were aware of the policy and relevant deadlines. The final date for the return was July 17th.

Regrettably, we received the equipment on August 2nd, 16 days past the deadline. We notified you of this via email and also offered to send the equipment back, but we did not receive a response. Unfortunately, we are unable to process the refund in this case.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance and we wish you nothing but success in your future endeavors.

5 stars - exceptional service and professionalism

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony from LINGA, and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and commitment to customer service. From the very first interaction, Anthony was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in ensuring I had the best experience possible.

He took the time to thoroughly understand my needs, provided clear and concise guidance, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Erica Evans went above and beyond.

First of all, we were able to open in 12 days once we ordered 5 stations loaded with an extensive menu and customizations. This was the fastest I’ve ever seen for a restaurant of this size. There were a ton of modifications and customizations that we requested over the weekend. Erica Evans absolutely blew us away with the level of service that she provided. The best part is that I/we knew that she was working outside of her scheduled workday/s and she never complained or mentioned it one time. It was all about getting us where we needed to be. This is an unsolicited review for someone who truly deserves the accolades and it’s also a testament to quality of Linga.

I've been with linga since it was…

I've been with linga since it was Benseron. Tech support had always been a little dicey depending on who you got to help you but here lately, I seem to keep getting the same person answering the phone to help with issuses, Morgan Parker and she has been great in assisting with problems with linga when they come up and I need help. Very professional and quick to fix the issue. Wish I could get a direct line when I have issues but I'll keep my fingers crossed that she is working when I need help. Nice addition to the team linga!

Support Review

I work directly with Linga's support team daily as we have a plethora of customers using Linga for their POS with more being added weekly. All of the support staff are polite, helpful and go out of their way to make sure our customers are taken care of. Today I wanted to highlight one of your support representatives who always goes above and beyond. Nate has helped me time and time again from small programming issues (when I forget how to do something) to larger issues when I need help fixing something. He always follows up to make sure whatever issue I have has been resolved. He takes the time to walk through things and teach me the things I am still learning; some things may not be in his job description but he is always willing to help. It is hard to find great customer service but Nate definitely has that down. It’s nice when you find someone who truly cares and wants to help and not just go through the motions.

Quick, friendly reponse

Yesterday called into Support, immediately got Nate on the phone. Nate was able to help me pin point the issue and get it solved very quickly all with a smile in his voice. When dealing with restaurants and pos systems you need fast reliable service Linga is definitely on top of their game. Thanks Nate!!

Nate was amazing!

Nate was an amazing help today in assisting me with replacing some equipment in our restaurant to ensure we are able to give our customers the best possible experience. He was thorough, listened to my needs and acted immediately to get everything taken care of while keeping me informed every step of the way. The service that Nate has provided me each time we have interacted has always been top tier and when I get him on the phone I know I’ll always be taken care of.
