Exceptional service from start to finish!
I had an amazing experience with Lindt Chocolate UK. Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment I placed my order until it arrived. The chocolates were fresh, beautifully packaged, and tasted luxurious as always.
The delivery service was also outstanding — very fast, professional, and handled with great care. The entire experience felt premium, elegant, and beyond expectations.
Customer service, packaging, product quality, and delivery were all more than excellent. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the high level of service provided. Highly recommended, and I will definitely order again!

Broken products & slow customer service
Such terrible customer service. Lindt responds to a customer once every week. My product came broken over 2 weeks ago & still no response or solution. Previously, the same thing had happened & I gave Lindt the benefit of the doubt.
Edit: Amazing, how once Lindt received this honest review, they responded a refund is "pending" of the product. These items were gifts 🎁 & had Lindt responded back earlier, we could have resolved this much quicker. A refund is the lazy way out.
It's just down to poor customer service.

Wow factor product with superfast delivery

I had a box of Lindt bought for me
I had a box of Lindt bought for me for my birthday and have not had them for a while. The taste was different not in a good way and had a bad stomach after eating a few. They just don’t taste the same anymore. I used to absolutely love them but after a couple of chocolates I put them away and won’t bother eating the rest them, normally they would not
Last long as they used irresistible. I heard they have been bought out by another company so have they changed the ingredients I have been told that they are using different ingredients to save money. I was also given a chocolate Lindt easter egg at Easter and the egg did not taste like chocolate and also gave me a stomach upset. It just does not taste like real chocolate. I wonder if the ingredients have changed.
