Faithful return customer, best online yarn company
I am a repeat customer of Lindehobby for several reasons. One is their selection of yarns that I have difficulty sourcing in the United States is wonderful. And the pricing is outstanding. Additionally, the yarns that are available are not just in one or two colors, but usually all of the colors. The descriptions of yarns are accurate and wonderful. Prices are fair and sales are frequent. Customer service is very helpful with questions. My orders usually are shipped within 1 to 3 days and I am always shocked at how quickly I receive them. I’m in the United States and they are here very fast usually within one week. Even ordering things like a project bag, jingle bells, yarn needles, and other supplies turns into fun shopping and fairly inexpensive. But for me, it is access to yarns that I normally cannot source. It is a wonderful store, safe to order from, quick shipping, very responsive. They have my business!!!

I did get what I ordered
I did get what I ordered, that is - the number of the color is right, but the color of the yarn is quite different than what is shown in the pictures (both on the computer and the phone). The Peach pink (col. 50) in Drops Air is very little peach but more pink. It is more like the picture of Strawberry Ice Cream (col. 53). But delivery was very fast so I am very happy about that. A great option to be able to order with Lindehobby when the yarn is sold out in stores.

Completely Satisfied!
Lindehobby was in touch with me from the very first and only email order. The Customer Service people walked me through the entire process (through several emails) of mailing yarn to me overseas. I'm very satisfied with the interaction I had with all who emailed me... I did send complimentary notices to everyone who contacted me. Great experience!
