I was looking for a specific Boucle…
I was looking for a specific Boucle yarn and found it easily on their website. I ended up buying other yarn as well because their prices are great and these brands aren’t readily available in the US. And for a shipping charge of $10 my package arrived in less than a week! I’m very happy with the whole transaction!

Fantastic Customer Service
Fast delivery & fantastic customer service! The morning after I placed my order, someone from the LH team reached out to let me know that they wouldn't be able to ensure that all of the skeins I ordered would come from the same dye lot and let me pick an alternate option instead of being surprised after delivery. My order arrived on time and was exactly what I needed!

Every order placed gets lost in transit with no explanation
LindeHobby resent my original order which was never sent to me in the first place (US customs said the box was empty). However, the second order never arrived, and LindeHobby never followed up with me about it, I had to reach out to them. At that point they said the second package was lost in shipping. Its really disappointing because I would like to order from their site, but 2 out of 2 times I've waited weeks for my order and it never arrived. Its not appropriate for the company to take my money in the meantime and then never follow up if I ever received the order. I'm giving two stars instead of one because they did issue me a full refund, but they didn't offer any explanation on how they would work with the shipping company to ensure packages arrive to their customers. I know I am not the only person this has happened to, there are pages of customer reviews saying the same thing happened to them. So I think it would show integrity of the company to investigate this further. Otherwise they are going to lose credibility if they charge their customers but no one can ever reliably receive their packages -- that's just stealing.

Priced right/delivered fast
I live in the Southern US and orders from LindeHobby arrive faster than orders from companies based here. And, even with the additional tariffs, the prices are better. Go figure.

The item I received was not the color…
The item I received was not the color as indicated on the website. Customer service responded and addressed the my concern immediately. They verified the image with their stock and sent out a replacement shipment in short order. I appreciate the timeliness and thoroughness in rectifying the situation.
