We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Lincoln Tow Bars and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. After being left in a very difficult position when LNB Tow Bars suddenly went bankrupt, the team at Lincoln Tow Bars stepped in and completely turned things around for us.

They expertly swapped our Towmaster 2 A-frame setup onto our new car with incredible skill and attention to detail. The workmanship was flawless, and it was clear throughout that they take great pride in what they do.

A huge thank you to Amy, Phil, and Ben – their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They also went above and beyond to fix an unrelated issue we had with the car charging electrics on our motorhome and we truly can’t thank them enough.

Despite two emails, three phone calls and two assurances that someone would ring me back, no one could be bothered to return my calls or emails. Astonishing.

These guys went well out of there way to accommodate us with the fitting of the self levelling rams. Obviously they have a great knowledge of their products. We will be back in May for new air con and awning.

Thoroughly recommend these guys, nothing is to much trouble, had a problem with my caravan lights not working correctly, they diagnosed the problem and sorted it quickly.

We can highly recommend Lincoln Towbar & Mobility Centre. We’ve used this company twice for Air Suspension fitting and to have a swing out towbar fitted. On both occasions we’ve received excellent customer service from quotation through to fitting. And of course we’re very pleased with both products too.

Had a Amplo levelling system fitted to the motorhome.Very pleased with the installation and the customer service received.My wife and myself were also picked up and booked overnight in a hotel in the centre of Lincoln by LT &MC and picked up next morning.

Professional fitting of a tow bar to my motorhome, very knowledgeable and friendly service, highly recommended worth the long trip from Cheshire and had a nice afternoon in Lincoln cathedral whilst it was being done.

Booked in for tow bar fitting at short notice, all staff extremely helpful during booking procedure. A speedy and efficient fitting in super quick time, helpful explanation about the 13 pin adaptor, and then guided through an easy payment process. Not used the towbar yet as it was only fitted today, but the service was spot on. Not the easiest of times at the moment so we knew there would be a wait with nothing specific to do. We took our dogs with us, walked round the local area returning at the pre-specified time. Instructions and payment followed and within 10 minutes we were on our way home. Just need lockdown 2 to lift now so we have somewhere to tow our caravan to

Had a towbar and electrics (13pin) fitted by this company.
Had problems with the power to the fridge which kept losing power rang and told the fitter and he assured me everything was installed correctly I enquired as to why the joints were not soldered as to their Web site profile only to be told it absorbs moisture? So why say all joints soldered. Did some enquiries with the VSR electronics company VCS who told me that there are issues with the earthing to the deck and chassis of the Navara np300 (the earthing is suspect) as the tub is on rubber mounts, good help from them.
They the towbar Co came out to my address to run an independent earth from the battery. Plugged the caravan in and the fridge worked for a few minutes then packed in, this kept happening they left me thinking something wrong with the fridge that turned out to be OK. Tried a final time fridge came on then stopped again totally dead, so I decided to check their wiring. No continuity on pin 10 wire to the voltage sensing relay, turned out there was a bad connection made with a bullit connector to pin 10 of the socket this was just touching so showing a voltage reading but breaking down under a loading of 13.5 amps. Repaired the joints heat shrinked to seal them (not black tape as they did) now all OK.
