I used the service for a few months, and this was my experience with it.

1. Rented a VPS that was supposed to have 16 GB of RAM; instead, I was only given 12, yet I was charged for 16. No discount for the difference offered.

2. The control panel website that's supposed to allow you to control your port filtering settings and DDoS protection was incomplete and nonfunctional at the user level, requiring a support ticket and the owner to adjust settings in the backend even though it's advertised that you, the user, have full access. This made configuring necessary service ports a nightmare.

3. The owner requested a good review on Trustpilot almost immediately, and when I didn't respond, they proceeded to harass me about leaving them a review for over a month.

4. They do not have a means to cancel the service and will continue to charge you even when you ask to have it canceled.

The support is the best out there, the prices is very good overall with the ddos protection the company gives to you.

They definitely know what they're doing. Pricing is good, the owner is nice. I run a cloud service of my own, and I had a very good conversation about IP spaces. Would definitely consider working with them more.

The website has a very poor user experience many features are either broken or not functioning properly. On top of that, the pricing is far too high for the level of service provided.

I also had a very negative experience with their billing practices. I attempted to cancel my subscription, but it was not processed, and I was charged for a service I neither used nor was even aware was still active. When I requested a refund, it was denied.

Furthermore, when I followed up to terminate my account and services again, they delayed the process, seemingly to push me into being charged for an additional billing cycle.

Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional.

Note: The service owner was the one handling my tickets, not one of his team.
