Serious Concerns Regarding Payment Practices and Professional Conduct
My experience with Limotak raises serious concerns regarding payment reliability, communication standards, and professional conduct.
Payments for completed driving services were not handled correctly. Despite repeated written requests to clarify and resolve the issue, the matter remained unresolved for an unreasonable period of time. Shortly after insisting on the payment owed to me, my driver account was blocked without a transparent explanation or a proper dispute process.
Following this, I received a message stating “we are not quality.” Interpreting a legitimate request for outstanding payment as a quality issue is, in my view, unprofessional and inappropriate and does not align with accepted business standards.
Based on my experience, Limotak demonstrates insufficient transparency, weak conflict resolution procedures, and a lack of professional respect toward drivers. These factors raise legitimate doubts about the company’s operational and ethical standards.
Drivers and clients who value clear contractual relationships, reliable payment processing, and professional communication may wish to consider alternative providers.
In comparison, companies such as Blacklane or SIXT Ride appear to offer more consistent professionalism, clearer structures, and better overall value.
This review reflects my personal experience and is shared to inform others in making a careful and informed decision.

Dear Mr. Burak Çelik from MB Limousinen GmbH, Your partner account was blocked due to a clear breach of contract, specifically for offering services directly to clients after completing rides booked via Limotak. This constitutes a serious violation of our Carrier Agreement.
More than 80% of Limotak’s business consists of B2B clients, which means that by contacting passengers directly, you were effectively offering services to our clients’ clients. This directly undermines trust, damages our reputation, and violates the fundamental principles of B2B cooperation. These restrictions are clearly outlined in the contract you accepted when joining our platform.
Regarding payments:
All payments to you were made fully and on time, in strict accordance with Clause 8.4 of the Carrier Contract. There were no outstanding or withheld amounts.
We also want to emphasize that, under our rules, direct contact with clients after service completion normally results in a contractual penalty. In your case, no fine was applied, and the full amount due to you was paid, despite the breach.
The message you reference regarding “quality” relates to compliance with contractual and operational standards, not to the legitimacy of payment requests.
Limotak operates with strict rules to protect its clients, partners, and marketplace integrity. Enforcement of these rules is essential to maintaining fair and professional cooperation across our global network.

Trusted, reliable, timely, and easy to use.
I used Limotak twice. In San Remo Italy and Istanbul Turkiye, for business travel. Both the times the drivers turned up in good time. I had live support on their WhatsApp chat - I mean INSTANT support. The drivers spoke the language I requested and the journey itself was very pleasant. I don’t see myself using any other service when I travel for work abroad anymore when I know I can trust Yaroslav’s team.
