I bought a pair of the speakers on 6/8/20. After 3 broken promises of shipment they We’re shipped on 7/14/20 to arrive on 7/22/20. I tried several times to use the chat and make a phone call but neither one worked. I would send emails and would receive a robotic response 4 days later promising shipment. I even tried to cancel my order and never got a response to that. They absolutely charged my credit card form day one. If you want total frustration from a company then purchase their products. Hopefully these items perform as described. I NEVER EVER want to deal with this company again. I highly recommend not buying these.

I recently ordered 3 tikitunes. Even though it took some time to be delivered I thought the wait was worth it when I charged and turned on the first light. They're awesome when they work. Two of the lights do not work and I have sent several emails about it asking how to get them replaced and I am receiving no response. I am very frustrated to say the least.

My order was placed 29 days ago. My items have still not shipped and through a few emails (because there doesn’t seem to be a phone number) I’ve been unable to get any information aside from an automated email from two weeks ago that said it was delayed. Won’t order again and will be speaking with the BBB as well as my credit card company to dispute the hold/charge if I don’t hear something by 7/6

I ordered Tiki Tunes June 1, 2020. It was supposed to be a Father's Day gift. I was told it would arrive 1 to 2 weeks from order date. I still have not received anything and am wondering if this is a scam site. I have zero communication for when it will arrive. I am so disappointed.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS YET!! I am writing this review, hoping to get an answer from the company, I’ve emailed them twice about my order and have not got one back!! I ordered the tiki tunes speakers 6/5/2020 and received a confirmation email right away stated it will take 1/2 weeks to ship out your order and another email will be sent! Today marks two weeks and still nothing and no “shipping confirmation email”! I’ve emailed the company twice and heard nothing! I was super excited to get these speakers for my husband for Father’s Day and when I placed the order it was looking good on timing! Now with Father’s Day this Sunday and no speakers nor email stating they are on their way! I’m thinking it’s not going to happen! Even though it said 1/2 weeks and took the money out right away for them! Even if they are super busy and behind I just wish I could get an email back knowing what the heck is going on!! If I do get an email and still have to wait longer I’m okay with that if they would just let me know!! And when/if I get my order and they work as well as they are saying I will right another review about them. But right now this is my review is on the company!!!! :/

Update: Today is 7/14/2020. My order was placed on 6/12/2020. The payment for my order was taken from my account when I placed the order. I received an email on 7/3/2020 stating that orders placed on or before 6/12/2020 would ship on 7/10/2020. I still haven’t received an update or any info about the shipping information. Very frustrating. I can only hope that these things work when they finally arrive.

I ordered the Tikitune wireless speakers a few days ago. I received an email that my order was received, but it said that the items would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. When I saw the ad for these, it mentioned what a great Father's Day gift they would make. With deliver taking that long, I will not have the order in time for Father's Day. Very misleading advertisement. Now after reading many of the reviews on here, I am concerned that even after waiting to get this items, they may not work or even be worth the wait. They are getting this rating right now for their very slow delivery time. However, if the products arrive and all is in working order and good quality, I may update my rating to reflect that.

It works great and is so functional! I ordered the the React because I charge my phone in the car everyday and was interested in the emergency features. I feel a sense of comfort because I know this thing is within arms reach if I was ever trapped in my vehicle (but I hope I never need to use those tools!)

I just got my REACT and it's incredible! I absolutely love that it has everything I would need in an emergency all in one device! Peace of mind, check! The car charger that turns into a power bank is my favorite feature. While I'm charging my phone in the car, my car is charging the power bank! Then all I have to do is grab it and go and I have power for my phone all day. ALL. DAY.

Perfect on-the-go product! There are times I don’t have a long enough car ride to charge my phone all the way, so the fact that this car charger is also a portable power bank is a huge plus. That way if I’m unable to fully charge my device on my car ride, I can unplug it and take it along with me to continue the charge. I’m going to purchase a couple more for my family!

Ordered my product over 2 weeks ago. My credit card was charged immediately. I still have not received a shipping notification so I contacted Support and was informed it could be another 2-3 weeks before shipment. This was to be a gift and now will be extremely late. There was no notice given when I placed the order that shipment would take this long or I would not have purchased. Extremely disappointing

Product arrived and does not work and now I cannot get a response from anyone. I ordered the tiki tunes that show they are on sticks like tiki torches but the sticks do not actually come with the product which was disappointing. Ended up having to buy those which made the entire product way to pricey for something that doesn’t even work. I am trying to return my product but haven’t had any luck with customer service.

Great lightbulbs to have in the event of a power failure. The added bonus is the detachable hanging clip with an on/off switch. We lose power frequently in FL, and knowing each room will be well lit until the lights come back on is a plus. Make sure not to put the bulbs in a lamp with a three way switch - they will not work properly. I will be buying more!

I ordered the tiki tunes speakers perfect for outdoor use. Small and compact but powerful we love sitting outside and being able to play our music we have on our device.

I like the length of the chain. I did buy this necklace on a GMA deal so can't complain about the price I paid. What I don't like is that the part of the necklace with "my word" isn't always showing outward. This is just how the circle hangs on the chain. I would prefer a hook or loop so you can show that side & not the company name,website.
