My mom bought me a TotalDesk for Christmas last year and I have used it a handful of times. About a week ago I went to use it and the handrest piece just completely fell off for no reason at all. I still have all the paperwork that came in the box and it said there was a one year warranty. I decided to reach out to see if they could do anything for me or to see if the warranty was still valid as I have no idea when my mom purchased the desk. They claim to have a "live chat" but it is not live at all. Upon clicking it, it says to leave a message and someone will get back to you soon. I reach out on December 4th and have still not received a reply as of today December 7th. There is another section on your website showing to leave a message and someone will email you back in 1-2 business days. Well, for me it has been three. So none of your customer service info on the contact us page is correct. Do you even have customer service reps? Or do you pick and choose who you get back to?

Just received 2 10,000 mAh Power Pro Go's supposedly wireless chargers purchased through QVC and neither work - will start charging for 5 seconds and then stop and GREEN/BLUE lights flash - customer service was zero help - wasted $50 for a bit of piece of mind... lesson learn on this company $50 for a big piece of JUNK - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I was given a tiki tunes as a gift. I was so pleased with it, I bought as a gift for someone else! This is the best Bluetooth speaker ever!

I felt there was a mixup in my order and i got in touch with customer service and they pleasingly rectified the situation for me....i was very satified!!!

I saw the Bluetooth candle item on tv in early morning. I immediately went to their website and ordered the item, which was being advertised as buy one get one free, only pay shipping and handling. I was wrong ordering on their website. I should have done it a different was. After contacting customer support and getting a response within a day they made good on their commercial and sent me the second one as well. I appreciate a company that listens and understands that accidents happen. I have all good words for this company. Thank you again.

I’m very pleased with this company. I did order 2 tiki speakers and when they arrived I could tell the box was a bit damaged. Neither worked right so I called the company and they immediately sent me 2 more and a return label for the damaged ones.

My product arrived. I plugged it in and the indicator light did not light, and none of the ports are charging anything. I plan on contacting the company for either a full refund or a brand new product.

I bought one two years ago for myself. I put it on the patio and love it. It's nice to play music and use light feature. I'm thinking about getting more. I bought this now as a Christmas present for my son-in‐law. He can use it at his work table in garage, on patio and more.

This time when I made a purchase from this company, they did not substitute the product with another item of the same color. They stayed true to their word and apologized for their error.
