Stay away from LRG - they scam people, take their money and never ship the items.
We ordered the Doom helmet a year ago in July 2022, and never received it despite a newsletter mail from March 2023 that the helmets were ready to ship out.
Several mails back and forth with their support with no result other than excuses and politely stalling and avoiding to answer.
I thought it was mainly because we live in Denmark, but it seems as a general issue with LRG.
So sad my kid spent all his savings on this - hard lesson learned!

The customer service rep would not issue a refund. They claim my card was bad.My card company said there was no issue with their system.

Never received my refund. Stay away from this company. They are a sham. Lost about $150. Hard lesson to learn

Wow I wish I knew how terrrible this company was before I ordered from them.

I had to get my Jedi Survivor collectors edition refunded because they refused to do their job.
They tried to tell me there is a 150US limit to ship to Singapore.

So nobody in Singapore can order things over 150? I have lived here for 12 years and ordered many items beyond this including a force FX lightsaber well over 300US.

The customer "service" lady did not care in the slightest and waited for me to try to look into why DHL was doing this. After not getting any responses I decided I no longer want them to get any money from me.

Avoid them at all costs and hope they get what they deserve and they go out of business.

Such a good idea to offer physical copies for certain games. Something us passionate gamers and collectors would appreciate. So sad its run by con artists who do not give a #$%^.

SHAME ON ALL OF YOU.

for 4 years I've been a customer with Limited Run Games , they make physicals of only Digital games and have a very awesome CE boxes of those games .

the thing is you have to wait like 6 to 8 months after the preorder is made , so after they take your money you wait till they make and deliver your order not readily available .

now i have 2 orders that i have waited for a year and a half ( Castlevania Requiem CE ) + ( May 2022 Mega Bundle ) even that the order is ready and all items are on hande its been over a month its been in there WH not shipped to me yet and even after contacting support which they reply back in 4 days to week dont even know when will the item ship out .

LRG has gone for the worse a pledge all you gamers and collectors to never buy from them since there overall service has been very slow with longer wait times to get your items .

consider Play Asia , Pix'n Love and others if you could find them else where instead of LRG .

"Limited" run and then the Game gets a physical release at a different "limited" company, and then it gets a regular physical release.. also pre orders sometimes take longer than a year.

I should have looked at this site before ordering from LRG. If rating this business from a scale of 1-10, 3 being incompetent and 10 being superb and customer oriented… LRG is a 1 (one). FAR LESS THAN INCOMPETENT! I bought a game that they have on hand and three months later, the order is still reflecting as unfulfilled. Every month I contact them and their excuse is: we have a new mailing procedure and we are working on mailing your item. It’s as simple as grabbing the game, place it in a box, add a stamp and drop it in the mailbox. WHAT IS SO HARD ABOUT THIS PROCESS??? Do not buy from LIMITED RUN GAMES.

I placed an order for a game that was listed as in stock more than 2 months ago. However, I haven't received any update on when the item will be dispatched. This has been a disappointing first purchase on the site.

I have no idea why theyre so comfortable pushing all these pre-orders and overpromising when only a few of their pre-orders are ever fulfilled, do they have any experience in running a business? they act like covid never happened and its constant supply issues since. There is little to no support for all their orders, the only thing they run is their social media, in other words PR. For me, that gives the impression of taking people's money. Thats a scam. I'm still waiting on my preorder and its been a year. I messaged them on instagram and they said it would come quarter 1 of 2023. Um were on like quarter 3 now. If you recently place an order with them, I highly suggest you get paypal, your bank, etc involved. At this point I'm reporting them to the BBB. And they plan on opening a physical store? Laughable.

Ordered an IN STOCK game and they never shipped it. After 2 weeks I asked about it and they said “it’s in the shipping queue and will ship very soon. I waited 2 more weeks and still nothing so I cancelled. They never apologized, just said that they gave me a “courtesy refund” lol. Not ordering from them again.

Don't buy from them. Charge for preorder and before shipping. Don't expect your item for 1 year. Thanks for taking my money and still waiting for my game. Horrible business practice!!

Buyer beware of both Limited Run Games and Sezzle!! I canceled an order that i made through Limited Run Games for TMNT Radical Edition (PS4), that kept being delayed month, after month, after month. I was informed by Limited Run Games that i would receive my refund through the third party Sezzle, which i made my payments through.

I reached out to Sezzle live chat support, letting the associate know that i've only received 1 out of the 4 payments that i made through them but, i was informed that i would receive the full amount in total. I was then informed that my case would have to go to another technical team for a "deeper dive" into the refund.

I will never order from Limited Run Games again, nor will i use Sezzle as a payment option. Both companies are scams and both customer service options completely suck!

I pre ordered the Jedi survivor collectors edition the day it went on sale. The game released today and they barely decided to ship my order yesterday with an expected delivery a whole week after the game releases. The only thing they actually made for this CE was the steal book and they still couldn’t get it out on time. Don’t Pre order from them if you want to play a game on Day 1 or even week 1. If they were to refund my shipping fee then that would at least make things better but still I do not understand why they take so long with the shipping. As I am writing this my package still has not moved from their warehouse. Out right lazy company.

This company has fired a very talented women because she followed someone on YouTube who's political views hurt the feelings of a trans women who by the way is a chomo sympathiser. And the YouTube is a trans women. How so many companies taking the word of some pedo over there own employee is beyond me. Should be ashamed when you're not even protecting your own employees.

I would never buy from this company. I do not understand why anyone in their right mind would buy from them. They are slow, horrible customer service and screwed over customers' orders.

This is a broken company, I bought dead space remake collector's edition, but they sent my item to the wrong address miles away (with correct tracking details, how can they send the item to the wrong place) so I have to negotiate with the girl who received my delivery by my own.

after all that, there is no compensation available at all although I spend an entire afternoon to solve the problem. not to brag but for anyone who can buy a collector edition game, money should usually not be an issue, so all I want is the attitude, a digital copy or vouchers are both okay to say "I am sorry" rather than a useless email of "we sincerely apologize"

Btw I paid 130 dollars for the international delivery and I also bought delivery insurance. And the marker statue is glued by two parts and made in China which made me think they really didn't take this seriously and pay a little to the sweat factory to manufacture this kind of garbage.

Avoid at all costs. They are scammers and liars. They have blocked me on all social media platforms and they have also reported my social media posts. I don't care. I have had many reports of my social media posts and social media platforms try to also please the woke brigrade and it backfires. These retardE d incompetent ImbEcilic vermin also fired an employee for no reason. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. It is also reported that they buy the games and resell on eBay for higher prices.

I am satisfied with evidence I have seen that this company allows PEDOPHILES to dictate heir hiring policy. As a parent I find this extremely disturbing and refuse to support it in the name of my children's entertainment.

This company just loves to support scalpers by putting no limit on purchases. Don't get your hopes up and good luck trying to find whatever edition you wanted for over $2000 on ebay. They could just work on demand too, but they don't. Very sad business type, at least make more or do reprints so actual fans can get their hands on the CEs.
