As I entered the store the assistant did not acknowledge me and continued to eat her breakfast. If I had not bought online and was in to collect the item I would have left the shop. Please be more attentive to your customers.

Excellent product, well packed and delivered on time. This was a gift for my daughter for her birthday - the only reason I have given this 4 stars is because she said that she loved everything but the wine tasted like vinegar.

Love your products. Did struggle to find info on the site for the free shipping expected spend once through to the pay point.
DPD walked to my gate which was open and took a picture and walked away. So waiting for delivery still. DPD are always rubbish where we live.

Fast dispatch, beautifully internally wrapped, packaged and sealed item ( important if ordering gift, more so if it is for a newborn baby, you need clean).
Very reasonable prices I expected things to cost more as online store looks posh and is well set out.
Very pleased with my item hope to use this store again.

The product was perfect just what I wanted unfortunately the packaging was damaged I did email and sent photos but didn’t receive a reply I understand this was not your doing as it seemed to have had something put on top off it with weight behind it luckily the product inside wasn’t damaged. I had to buy other packaging to gift it which was unfortunate as it was missing the logo.

Lime tree refunded the cost of my bergamot and Rose oil as it had broken in the post. I really appreciated them refunding me, but it would have been nice if they had bubble wrapped the bottle in the first place and put it in a box to protect it. You can use newspaper and cut up a bigger box to use as a smaller box by sellotape to protect the glass bottle. I was so looking forward to it and it smelled absolutely gorgeous.
