Unfortunately the flowers were 2 days late. Ordered the large version of the 3 sizes and got the small size and the chocolates were completely different from the photos.

Unlike other websites I tried, Lilys Florist website was very easy to navigate. The flowers were delivered exactly 60 minutes after I placed the order. The flowers are beautiful and my sister loved them. Highly recommend Lilys Florist for any orders

Ordered flowers for delivery today for a friend is Tasmania and sales lady says yes as you rang at 9am but to get a call again to say no delivery will be tomorrow. Grr

This is the second year that I have used Lily's to send flowers to my elderly mother - the first year the flowers, that I paid extra for so they would look exactly like the picture, did not but in fairness to the florist they did refund me the extra that I paid. This year I put that I wanted the flowers sent on the 24th July as that is my mothers birthday only for them to send them to her a day early. Attention to detail is important - when I rang they offered all sorts of things a new bunch of flowers etc but I am happy to pay for what I ordered so declined the offer however said it would be nice then if they sent mum some chocolates instead (the cost would then be nothing like giving another bunch of flowers) they were going to send her chocolates then on her birthday but to this day that hasn't happened. So will I use them for the third year - what do you think?

My friend loves her flowers to a degree. She’s become jealous of them because everyone (and I mean doctors nurses cleaners, everyone) who visits her in hospital comments on the flowers before saying hello to her.

Extremely helpful and an easy process of placing an order from a different state. The assistant on the phone went through the safest place to leave the order if occupant not home. The flowers delivered were exactly what I requested. Thank you

Very poor. Wrong address it was clearly stated what the address was. Extra delivery fee. Will not be using this service and or florists again.

Delivery was great, but the arrangement was disappointing. I realise flowers are seasonal, but this bunch was puffed out with a lot of greenery and noware near the picture that I looked at.

The service is amazing and the chosen flowers were perfect for the arrival of my new granddaughter! Ordered from U.K. to Aus. Delivered next day. Brilliant company!

Flower arrangement was as expected. Lack of communication/instruction regarding time to deliver after 3pm on the day. Arrived too early for recipient to be at home to collect. Otherwise, the birthday girl was happy.

Sad that you couldn’t fill my order with the blue and white. What was sent and for the cost was a lot of fill in material and very few flowers

Didnt get the flowers i wanted and didn't get a vase $118.00. Looks so cheap. Want my money back. Never use you people again. Very disappointed

Ordered for (Ron Wells) 3 days in advance and on the day of delivery, they called and said they could only delivered 2 days after the actual date!!

Disgusting service. The card which was clearly written in purchase of flowers online. Had recepients surname NOWHERE near correct. And one of the sender's name was really WRONG. Used a male name instead of a female.INSULTING.
