Bought a hearing head set don't work so Cheap never again will I use this company rubbish 😞

Ordered 2 eyebrow pens. One doesn't work and the other is not the colour it was meant to be. It said brown, but it's reddish. They won't let me return for refund. Suddenly they say they'd have to be shipped overseas. ( they weren't sent from overseas) there are no brand labels, only labels in Chinese. Now not responding to email

I bought a large rug 7'x9' ft
2 weeks ago it arrived i have had it opened in my room since it arrived.
The creases are still there.
They offered me 60.00 but the rug is not usable.
They asked if I could send it back i don't know how to fold it and bag it up it's very big.
Postage.
Not worth £169.00 sterling.
Sorry I will kot be recommending them.

Absolute rubbish company. I am trying to return a product and they keep sending me a blank screen for the returns address. Do not buy off this company.

I placed and paid for my order on 31st January and still haven't received it and it's now 19th March!

Absolute bunch of cowboys. Bought a pair of trainers which would have been of better quality if purchased from Poundland. Arrived half open in cheap plastic and for £25.99 you would have thought would have come in a box. After numerous emails asking for a refund they offered me £3. Terrible quality with a stain on the ‘so called’ leather uppers. Trading under numerous names, now failing to answer my emails and I’m stuck with a pair of cheap trainers which are far too small. Don’t touch them with a barge pole!

NO STARS dreadful company cheap tacky trainers that or not leather.They charged extra as well but don't know what for ? Offered me a $5 refund although I'm in England !! I bought through lilacky .UK,the trainers were tracked from US and the return address they sent was China !!! They truly need to be shut down. Absolutely diabolical. I never returned them,but did get my money back through my credit card company.

Absolute horrific company to deal with.I ordered size 4 (37) One I received we’re at least 2 sizes too big,when I e mailed them they insisted these in fact were a size 4 (have my feet shrunk ) Would not accept returns and like a previous review was told to give them away to someone who might need them (me) Stay we’ll clear if this company Trainers we’re also cheap rubbish.

Looks like I have fallen into the same trap as everyone else, liked the look of the trainers and ordered on impulse, didn’t read the reviews! 5 weeks later they arrived from USA and I almost laughed when I opened the package, the smell of cheap plastic just about knocked me out and once I had unfurled the trainers I knew before trying them on they were going to be too small. Then began the ping pong of emails with this joke of a company, we are up to 10 emails and they are refusing to give me return and refund details, today’s email said that I should give the trainers to someone who needs them if they’re not right for me! Lesson learned I’m afraid , the best I can do is add my dissatisfaction along with everyone else, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!

0 stars. Do NOT buy from Lilacky.com. I recently received a pair of supposedly leather trainers and have never seen anything as cheap and nasty or ill fitting in my life. Despite regular contact with the support department they completely refused to refund or advise on a return policy, even though they acknowledged they would try and find a better supplier in the future. Not much help to me and my wasted money!!! Product definitely NOT as advertised.

I ordered a pair of trainers size 4 and have been sent size 5 instead. Customer service is ignoring my complaints. DO NOT BUY FROM LiLACY. I am looking for an address for Lilacy to complain, but cant find the address of Lilacy London? Can anyone help

Do not buy from this company - wish I had read the reviews first - impulse purchase. Very unprofessional and do not put customers first - wanted to cancel order even though they had not been despatched but they kept insisting that i would like them and sent them anyway. Have refused delivery of the item and they are on their way back but will they say they have received them back - not on your life!

Absolutely appalling. These have never arrived and what’s more apparently have produced fraudulent proof of delivery to PayPal.

If I could give no stars I would for this appalling company. I ordered a pair of trainers and when they finally arrived they had a big brown stain on the side. I sent an email to the company and they advised to send a picture. I did this. They came back and replied this is the trainers I ordered. I have been backwards and forwards and their replies are unsatisfactory. I need to investigate this company as I think they are dodgy and need to be closed down. I know I will never get my money back but I will pursue until something is done about this company and their unprofessional staff

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I purchased trainers from this company. They cost £25.99 but they added another £5.20 tax which they didn't mention. After about 5 weeks I received them. They smell like glue and look cheap but I can't wear them even if I wanted to as they are far too small. I ordered a UK size 8 and they sent me a size 8 but no way are these trainers going to fit a size 8 person. I emailed the company explaining they are too small and I asked them to send me the return details so I could return them for a full refund. They replied they sent me the size I ordered so I'm not entitled to a refund. Once again I emailed them to inform them they might have sent a size 8 but they are definitely not a size 8. I sent 5 emails telling them it isn't my fault they are too small to be a size 8 and asking them for return details but each time I get the same message they will not refund me as they sent the size I ordered. I informed them they have left me no option but to leave a negative review to alert people not to order from this company, it made no difference to them. I would have given them zero stars if I could. Save your money DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I've learned the hard way.

I wouldn’t give anything for this disgusting company. Bought trainers which are appalling all squashed and cannot be worn. Payed £25 for them. Primark ones cost me £5 which are 100% better quality than them. Don’t know how they are getting away with disgusting quality and they say the will refund £3 JOKE !!! Nobody should buy from them. Should be shut down.

Waited over 3 weeks for trainers to arrival. The quality was appalling. They're not leather. The trim is plastic and they are very poorly put together.
On contacting company for a refund and to return the item, they've offered me £3.(cost £24.99)..said shipping to expense to be returned.
I'm not going to be wearing them. They are so bad. Save your money don't buy anything from them.

Absolutely disgusted with this company trainers took 7 weeks to arrive and then were the wrong size cheap looking awful complained but said not entitled to a refund as they weren’t faulty wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered them 😡
