I want to congratulate LightSpeed! Last month I dedicated myself to on-board with 4 different US-based hosting facilities to compare which provider was best.

I purchased 4 miners (S19k Pro 120) and had each delivered to the mining facilities based on their inputs.

LightSpeed was hands-down the fastest to on-board and easiest to work with. Monthly hosting charge is a bit higher than others, but to compensate, LightSpeed provides direct access to the miner UI for configuration etc. (which is best among the others I’m working with). Other hosting sites require tickets for basics like reboots or pool changes - ugh.

While the 3 other mining facilities are still working thru on-boarding process, I’m hashing with LightSpeed.

I was looking for a colocation data center to host my 3 miners and local data centers have been quoting very high prices. I took a chance with Lighspeed and have been nothing but happy. They have hosted my miners with care and customer support is excellent. Remember you need a ton of customer support as miners aren't perfect and they need restarts or debugging. In fact, they called a couple of technicians to get my miners fixed which were damaged by UPS In shipping and didn't even charge me. It is hard to trust a business that you find on the internet but I verified their incorporation documents and called the local county to verify if they are legitimate. All checks cleared and have been a happy customer for the last 3 months.

BEST hosting service I ever had in the past 4 years. They host my 5 Ethereum miners that are running Ubuntu with Team Red Miner (not the most easiest configuration). They are "lightspeed" fast in responding, taking care of all my needs and providing an outstanding customer service. My Ethloong miners had to had their fans replaced due to overheating issues. They were able to replace the fans, reinstall Ubuntu, restart services, installing NoMachine for remote access, etc.. anything I asked they did it. Thank you Travis, David, Joshua and all of your team. Simply fantastic !!

Light speed provided us hosting for machines to run a virtual conference. The performance of the machines and connection along with the reliability of both helped everything go off without any issues.

Incredible experience. I dont know Joshua or anyone from his team but i reached out to him to ask if he can provide a home for my machine. He just gave me the address and less than 24 hours my miner arrived, it was up and running. I really appreciate it!

LightSpeed Hosting is simply amazing.
I have been their customer for almost 3 years and it's been smooth sailing from the start.
They had my miners running 24/7 with no particular issues, they helped me get spare and new parts. I hope to do business with them in future.

We host a lot of equipment with Lightspeed and they have gone above and beyond to ensure everything is up and running smoothly at all times. Submit a ticket, its gets looked at, fixed, and follow-ups after to ensure we are happy with everything. If something isn't right, they make sure it gets corrected. Let's face it, nothing ever works 100% of the time, its how companies handle issues and troubleshooting that really matters. When they treat your equipment like their own you can trust you are using the right hosting center. This is exactly what customer service is all about and too many other hosting centers don't hold the same standard - which is exactly why we switched.

This is by far one of the best datacenters I've hosted with, period. Everyone there is very nice, the support is awesome, and the reliability and trust is through the roof. I highly recommend them for any of your technical needs!

I feel like a bit of a liar putting this review up. In all honesty, this review is fundamentally inaccurate since I can’t give Lightspeed a 6 out of 5. Any time I’ve needed Joshua and the team they’ve gone above and beyond the call of duty to deliver.
