It is interesting to see a few poor reviews for this company because we have had the exact opposite experience. We bought the Zygote chandelier and the customer service has been outstanding. Our designer selected and purchased the chandelier for a home we were building and it sat in the box for 2 years before we were ready to hang it. We opened the box to find that the light bulbs were not the temperature we wanted. It was easy to connect with the company and they promptly sent replacements (60 bulbs!) without charge. Love the chandelier, looks just like the pictures on their website.

Ho comprato una lampada su questo sito credendo fosse europeo (dal loro sito scrivono svedese). Dopo aver pagato oltre 300€ per questo lampadario arriva il collo con etichetta cinese e Rietichettato in Germania. All'interno un misero foglio con istruzioni (per così dire) in cinese. Dentro il lampadario è una palese cinesata.Qualità scadente. Nessun marchio CE. Chiedo spiegazioni, chiedo il reso e loro scrivono che possono offrimi al massimo il 15% del costo del prodotto per tenermelo altrimenti possono rimborsare solo dopo aver fatto il reso in Cina a mie spese (inclusi costi doganali). Quindi prodotto non conforme, loro policy si restituzione non chiara, marketing ingannevole. Tutto questo è contrario alle normative europee. Chiaro caso di dropshipping. PESSIMI. STATENE ALLA LARGA !!!

Company has been very good to deal with and helped with broken lights and damaged parts. I’ve dealt with the same person for the entire experience and he has been very helpful and stayed in touch with me at every step!

Complete scam, do not waste your money purchasing anything from this company. Their lights look nothing like the pictures on their website. They are low quality products, cheaply made, terrible customer service. The company is in China. Horrible products.

This company is a scam company. Do not purchase. I had a very negative experience. They lie on there website ... It looks like they have great reviews on there website but if you look at the actual review website, the reviews are terrible. 2 stars out of 5. Their website says they have a 5 star rating. But if you look at trust pilot they are awful. Caution! Do not purchase anything from them

Ordered a lamp that was supposed to arrive November, only to get it in February. Meanwhile I had to initiate contact with customer service. To be fair, eventually they became more proactive and they issued a partial refund. However, the company is not Europe-based as they want you to believe. The lamp is made in and shipped from China. I am most hesitant to ever order here in the future.

Do not buy!! They don’t have anything to do with Scandinavia or Sweden. It’s Chinese junk and they make it extremely difficult to return and you have to pay for shipping and customs to China.

I remodeled my entire house, so I had to buy a bunch of light fixtures. I found some nice ones on Pinterest, and Lights of Scandinavia was one of them. I loved my lamp; it looked better than in the pics. I found it well-made, but the best was yet to come. My electrician installed it with a dimmer, not knowing it wasn't compatible. After a few days, the power drive blew. I got in touch with them. The first question they asked was, "Was it installed with a dimmer?" They patiently explained that it wasn't compatible; my electrician probably hadn't read the instructions, but they promptly sent a new Power Drive at no cost. I appreciate companies that back their products, give fast response, and solve problems - so I highly recommend Lights of Scandinavia -

Very Disappointing
The lights come without instructions of how to pair the remote with the light, so you have to chase them for it. Then, they send the instructions which are unintelligible. Eventually we manage to make it work, but although there are brightness options, all options are far too bright, so I cannot use my dining lights.
The product comes straight from CHINA, no contact is possible except by email (red flag), so the company name is misleading.

All a lights are produced in China! They are not delivered at your door you need to collect them from postal services and pay customs! Lights of SCANDINAVIA from China !!!

Avoid. Do not trust the reviews on their site! I paid over $500 for a light that is nothing but cheap plastic sent via regular post from China. Box arrived with over 50 postage stamps. I was denied a refund and left a review which they did not post. Should be named Lights from Shanghai

Love this light fixture, and it looks great!

Light doesn’t work - £300 down the drain because we can’t contact them to fix. They don’t answer the phone, emails, nothing. Am having to resort to reporting them to Trading Standards. Awful (actually non existent).

They have replied saying they have tried to contact us 6 times. This is not true. In addition I have now since emailed via their message page, emailed via my own email, giving my order number 10281. Nothing back at all.

Beautiful website so I do not understand: are they consciously deceiving customers and ripping them off, or is this an oversight????

UPDATE 25th Nov: to be fair to the company they have now got in touch and given us a refund on the light.

We bought the Archipelago light fitting which we love. The quality seems to be very good and looks stunning; the dimming remote works too.
The light came with one broken globe and one missing (there are 10 in total), which was disappointing, BUT I contacted them and they replied very quickly. They sent out replacement globes for the broken/missing ones PLUS sent 10 other new globes for the future.
We had tried to buy the globes locally, but even though we bought the correct type, the electrodes which engage with the light socket were not long enough. (I would have thought they would be standardised across the world, but obviosly not.)

I initially couldn't get the dimmer remote to work and on contacting them, they sent a rapid email with very clear instructions on how to pair the devices.
So, yes a few problems, but their after sales service is very good.

Cheap and plastic fittings and fixtures that look modern and stylish online but are actually terrible. They cost and absolute fortune as well. "Pay your money and take your chance" they say - well take it from me - DON'T BOTHER with this company. The lights took months and months to arrive too.

Das ist ein Fake Unternehmen. Firmensitz in Schweden, aber alles kommt billigst aus China! Finger weg. Wir gaben über € 2000,- für 2 Lampen ausgegeben. Wir haben reklammiert und wurden nach langem hin und her angewiesen die Lampen nachdem wir keine 20% Rabatt akzeptiert haben nach China zurück zu schicken. Jetzt hängt die Ware seit 3 Wochen beim Zoll. Der Lieferant meldet sich nicht und wir fallen um das Geld um.
