Lighting R Us Anmeldelser

My order arrived in good time & communication was excellent throughout. However, I discovered, on opening, that part of the package was damaged but a quick canal to Nicole ensured that replacement pieces were ordered.

Second purchase, even quicker delivery, great environmentally friendly packaging. Excellent company to deal with.

Web site was easy to use found what I wanted. Very fast dispatch and delivery.

Excellent service from start to finish, delighted with the purchase, delivered promptly, am now buying another one!

Very good price and quick delivery, thank you

Excellent service , ordered Friday afternoon, delivered Tuesday morning , just what we wanted . Thank you !

I had some queries in advance of my purchase, I spoke to one person who indicated a different colleague would be better to assist me - I received a prompt call back. Very prompt delivery, item was delivered to Northern Ireland and arrived in perfect condition. As mentioned I spoke with two members of Staff, both were friendly and eager to help. I will have no hesitation using Lighting R Us in the future.

Found exactly what I wanted, checkout was swift and delivery was swift... beautiful products

Excellent and extremely punctual help from the customer support team.
I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered this lamp from Laura Ashley last year and decided I would like another one.

I was very happy to find that this was stocked by Lighting R Us following the closure of Laura Asley's stores.

Speedy delivery. The lamp was delivered well packaged so there was no damage.

I would order from this lighting company again.

I bought and paid on line for a shade which I wanted but next day was informed by e mail the item was not going to be in stock for several weeks, The staff were helpful on the phone about a refund or whether I would like to wait. I have left it on order but hope I do get it eventually as its not something I was able to find easily.

An easy to use website. Confirmation of ordering came quickly and my lamp arrived when expected. The quality of my product was very good. I would certainly use this company again.

Excellent value, the cheapest I could find for the model of light I wanted. Very quick delivery too!
Highly recommended.

Very quick delivery and loved the product!

This is a stunning light the picture doesn’t do it justice so much nicer when you actually see it.

Ordered it and within a couple of days it had arrived will definitely use them again more than happy with our purchase

I had to exchange some pendant lights & I have to say both the online service and shop service have been great. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision and nothing felt like too much trouble. A little gem of a place!
