Easily navigated website, competitive prices, good customer support & efficient delivery. Unfortunately had to return item as proved unsuitable for our room, but collected via Parcelforce as promised. Awaiting refund with cost of return to be deducted.

Beautiful, quality lamps, packaging was superb, only downside took a little longer than expected for delivery but can't really complain as it was free p&p.
Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I had already bought a mirror from another company but needed two so ordered one from this company. Not only was it cheaper but it arrived the next day.
Amazing service and price. Would highly recommend this company. Will definitely buy from here again. Absolutely delighted.

This is the first time I’ve ordered from this company. Unfortunately the mirror was damaged. I contacted them and they sent a replacement out and I received it a few days later. They were lovely to deal with. Their customer service is first class. And my mirror is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you

All the lights arrived as promised and we've been pleased with the products so far.

Ordered a wall light online after visiting the store. Very helpful staff. It was delivered the same week into store for me to collect.
We've fitted the wall light and it is perfect, we love it!

I waited quite a while for my lamp to come into stock. However I asked them to defer posting until 14th March as I was on holiday. They were very efficient and it arrived today.

The light arrive quickly and was as stated.

Beautiful pendant light, very competitively priced, efficiently delivered and very securely packed. I can’t fault anything about the service and am delighted with the result.
