Brilliant in every sense of the word. Unlike the thicker glass tube it replaces, this luminaire comes on instantly and emits a very pleasant soft light. I haven't found a cheaper supplier and will certainly go back to LightExpert when I next need LED lamps. The packaging was comparatively large, but I imagine it has to protect against bending in transit and it was 100% recyclable. Be prepared to wait a few days for delivery, as the goods are shipped from the Netherlands.
