The delivery was extremely long.

The sizing is ridiculous. I we are a 2xl or 3xl. You're 5 xl was too small. I spent a lot of money for something I cannot wear. That's a very poor way to do business.

Paid and ordered item on 6th of July. 13 days later and have yet received any update on order no tracking number no communication at all.

I ordered 3 bracelets. One was out of stock. The communication on that was decent. I opted for a refund on that particular bracelet. Refunds take a minute to process but it was still pretty fast considering the nature of the beast. So the shipping on the other 2 bracelets was a little longer than expected but that is to be expected with that little hiccup. These bracelets are honestly beautiful! I would definitely purchase from this company again. In fact I plan on getting a cup in the near future as well.

No idea where this shipment is. Has not arrived. Disappointed in length of time... and... may be lost?

Horrible!! I bought a custom t shirt that was advertised for men for Father's Day and you sent me a child's medium t shirt. Very expensive for nothing I can even give my husband. Scam at Best

I have only received an email indicating that you received my order but I have not received the item I ordered but my credit card was charged.

If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I reached out via email twice and still haven't received a response. I ordered my cup on April 30th and still haven't received my order. It's May 18th.

I absolutely love their tumblers! My mom bought me one, and I had to get one for my bff! Love love love!

The cup itself doesn’t match what I chose and the lid is very cheap. I contacted customer service via email but got no response.

I’ve been emailing and trying to get a refund on a product and no one is responding. Product I purchased was very nice but wayyyy too small. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I will never order another product from this company. They are not very faith based as they say they are.

Ordered on 3/23. Delivered 4/13. I intended this “table decoration” to be my Easter centerpiece. Guess I didn’t read the fine print to see that it was only 4 inches!!! I am thoroughly disappointed that I spent that amount on a tiny ornament.

All in one piece! These were well packaged, which is greatly appreciated since sometimes the boxes look like they were used as soccer balls. Beautiful and useful items. I'm excited to give these out!

Disappointed-description misleading. It was one small, flat piece of wood with image printed on it. Backside is unfinished and it sets into a little stand. Not worth what i paid for it.

This message serves as my final demand for a full and immediate refund.

It has been since February 9, and there is still no valid proof that my order was ever shipped. The tracking number provided only shows that a label was created and has never been updated, which strongly suggests that the item was never sent.

Additionally, the multiple emails I have received from your company have been inconsistent and contradictory, further confirming a lack of transparency and failure to fulfill your obligations.

This purchase was not inexpensive, and I will not continue to tolerate delays, excuses, or misleading information. I no longer want this order under any circumstances.

If my full refund is not processed immediately, I will take further action without additional notice. This includes filing a formal dispute with my bank/credit provider, reporting this matter for fraudulent business practices, and pursuing any other remedies available to me.

You are expected to confirm the refund has been issued promptly.

This is a nice quality sweatshirt and the embroidery is truly spectacular. It arrived in a vacuum-packed bag and was very wrinkled. I was afraid that the wrinkles would be difficult to get out, however after a washing, it was much better. It doesn't shrink either. I don't put this in the clothes dryer and let it air dry to protect the embroidery. I bought a large and it fits just right, not too baggy. Nice selection of colors. I will order again!
