Disappointed former customer
hello our last experience with liftow was terrible . you sent a mechanic over here who did not know what he was doing nor how to problem solve. he spent a very long time trying to fix a horn by tearing the dash ,steering wheel and other things all apart trying to fix a horn . the problem was the horn was burned out which is of course mounted on the outside frame , not hard to test . it was sort of like tearing your living room all apart to fix a burned out lamp bulb !! after he left we had to get another mechanic to get our forklift running because he frigged up some electrical components in the machine .
IT is rare even today to see such incompetence . then you guys tried to overcharge us for the work you didn't do . you did not even leave an inspection sticker. he did not check the undercarriage ,ball joints or even the tie rod ends .Please never send one of your mechanics to our farm again . We have had terrific luck with toyota trucks and cars and forklifts . but we have to get out forklift service somewhere else .
