We received your order at 6pm on Thursday 14th October. This was dispatched direct from the factory once it had been made up to your specification and I can see was delivered early the following week as the couriers do not deliver on weekends.

Did not receive full delivery from purchase on the Wednesday and delivered 4 out of 6 lever hoists on the Friday as scheduled!

Hi Jeremy, Huge apologies for this. The other 2 lever hoists were being sent directly from the factory and were dispatched for a Friday delivery. Unfortunately UPS let us down and did not deliver as they should have done and did not notify us of this delay. Unfortunately this is out of our hands. Again apologies for the inconvenience.
