Looking back on the order at the time, the item you ordered from us had no cost price against with it being at a value of £0.00. Sadly this was a error on our website, which did not allow us to fulfil your order at the time. We immediately emailed you to inform you of this, to cancel and refund the carriage you paid as soon as this was brought to our attention. we did not receive any correspondence from yourself in regards to this but again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
