Suuuuper service provided by Daryl. Delivery was impressively quick and the condition of the watch was perfect. Highly recommended!

I have made 3 purchases from Lifestyle Watches and I really can't rate them highly enough! They are very quick in replying to any questions you may have and once payment has been made the watch is sent out the same day in my experience with full tracking provided. Packaging is superb to make sure the watch reaches you in perfect condition. If you want a very friendly customer experience from a family run business then you must give Lifestyle Watches a try as I am sure you will not be disappointed!

I was suitably impressed by Daryl and the process of dealing with Lifestyle Watches, thank you for a hassle free experience. Can recommend!

Working with Daryl was simple and easy. Selected two pieces and arranged delivery within a matter of days, would recommend to anyone looking for a competitive price and a better service 👍🏼

Great communication, fair price and done exactly what they said they would do! ⌚️👍🏻

Gary at Lifestyle watches guided me through the trade in and buying process. Very trustworthy and received a fantastic watch at the end . My watch was sent over and a balance was paid to Gary and my new watch was delivered next day . It’s easy to worry about this process but I can fully recommend Lifestyle Watches and I’ll definitely use them again .

Fantastic experience dealing with Daryl at Lifestyle Watches.
He gave me an excellent deal on a beautiful Rolex GMT Master II.
The watch was shipped immediately and arrived the next day.
The watch was exactly as described and and came as a full set with box, papers, swing tags and even the original purchase receipt.
I'd highly recommend Lifestyle Watches as their customer service was second to none.

Watch purchase was amazing, great comms and very helpful. Delivery was super quick and was sized before sending.
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone, as I’ll be using them again.
Thanks

Great communication from the outset, watch as described and delivered promptly.

Purchased a very nice used Longines Master collection 42mm watch from Lifestyle Watches I had been looking at purchasing for some time, received great service and communication from Daryl during the transaction process.

The price was attractive given the appointments the watch features, the watch looks fantastic and was great value for money. It still has warranty left to run which is always nice to have.

The strap was measured at Lifestyle and some removed links put back in. Although a snug fit on my wrist, I decided to fit a leather strap on the watch which I prefer and is an option for this watch and is lighter to wear, just a preference.

Supplied with the original fantastic Longines box, manual and the case accessories, Daryl also included a watch holder case and cleaning cloth.

Packed very securely and safely, sent by Special Delivery and arrived next day.

So in summary, very pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend this company to other purchasers.

Absolutely superb service from Daryl at Lifestyle watches. Communication and advise was excellent. Dispatch and packaging was fanatic, my santos was as good as showroom condition and I’m sure I’ll be back in contact with these guys again when I want to exchange my watch, have one polished or purchase an additional. If you seen something you like in their stock, don’t hesitate, you won’t have a better purchase experience anywhere else!!

Fantastic service and great communication, highly recommended

Having now bought 5 watches from Gary I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future. Great service, really well priced watches and always in excellent condition. An absolute gentleman to deal with, thanks again.

My third time dealing with Daryl and his company, and I am still just as impressed with the speed of replies, speed of postage, and willingness to support the customer as I was the first time.

I part exchanged for an IWC Mark XX for a very fair price and could not be happier. The photos on the site do the piece justice and I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.

Purchased a beautiful Baume and Mercier Riviera for a fantastic price especially considering it was only six months old.
Was reluctant at first to buy online but after speaking with Gary my mind was put at ease.
Great communication, very fast delivery and the best after sales care I have ever experienced, far better to than major retailers.
Will be keeping an eye on their future stock as it was a pleasure dealing with Lifestyle Watches.
Thank you once again

Another excellent purchase from Lifestyle watches. This time a stunning TAG Aquaracer. If your after honesty, and top customer service get in touch with these guys. Half my collection is from Lifestyle. They have also purchased watches from me at very competitive prices.

Thanks to the guys at Lifestyle Watches again for our 5th Purchase. Outstanding service is the normal here. If anyone is looking for a watch i urge you to try Gary & Daryl. Hopefully see you again in the near future for the next one :-)

I was blown away by the customer service I was shown by Gary and Daryl, as soon as I saw they had a watch I had been looking out for, I gave them a ring and organised to come in to their cool new offices in Bathgate to view it. I had a watch to trade in, and a deal that everyone was happy with was done the following afternoon. Great Watch, Great Deal, Great Guys👌

Had a great advice given to me by Gary who also connected me to a trusted watch repair company. He took the time to help with when I had no idea how to go about purchasing a pre loved rolex. Thank you for your time and friendliness!
