Ordered on 18 April and by 24 April did not have any notification of dispatch. Contacted the company regarding this on 24 April and did not receive a reply only a dispatch notice email. Obviously the order had been overlooked like previous reviews had mentioned and they couldn’t even bother to explain why. I was concerned because I was leaving the country shortly.

Then DHL said that that they had the order and would deliver some time that day. My heart dropped because my experience with DHL in this area is that it is so unreliable. They say they will deliver on such a date but usually at the end of that date they say that they couldn’t get access to the property ie they didn’t have time to deliver or don’t care as I was in all day. It usually goes back to the depot and may not be out for delivery for another few days and who knows when it will be as it isn’t always back out for delivery the next day.

Now I leave the country in a few days and have no ability to track the package by DHL. Such a poor service all round. Won’t be ordering from this company again

I ordered a product for the first time ever from this company, feeling somewhat worried after some of the negative reviews. But there was nothing to worry about:) The item arrived today, super quick, a couple of days after I placed the order, well wrapped and all is well:) I shall be ordering from them again!

Ordered a product which had a 2-4 day delivery time, 3 weeks later still hadn’t received my items, had no contact from the company. After several emails they finally responded saying my goods couldn’t be delivered so had been returned to them, I hadn’t received a card, text or email letting me know any of this. Just an overall terrible experience with this company and will definitely not be using them again

Express delivery does not mean express delivery (waited over a week before they shipped it) Company also doesn't respond to emails.

Unfortunately they send items with DPD who dont bother delivering them, they just dump them in a shop somewhere and make the customer go and collect them. If I wanted to go to the shops I wouldnt have paid £6 for delivery! Might save 10p per order by going with the cheapest courier but you get what you pay for and DPD are shoddy and unreliable so unfortunately that makes every company who uses them shoddy and unreliable. Most negative reviews are about the delivery, not the products. Because they use a cheap and nasty delivery company.

Finally got a reply. Turns out the item was out of stock but they couldn’t be bothered to tell me.

I didn't have to wait long for delivery. It was well packaged.

No fault of Lifestyle Health store but I still haven’t received my order after a week. Thank you to Royal Mail and another strike plus a bank holiday weekend. I have no run out of my magnesium!!

I ordered a supplement from this company but when it arrived the sell by date was to soon for me to use all the product and being disabled I was unable to return the goods. However they still refunded me which I think was more than fair. Thank you Lifestyle Vitamins very, very much.
