I was in pain and ordered some Arnica cream and Arnica tablets (vegan - hard to find). I expected them to take a while to arrive but they were delivered much quicker than expected. I ordered on a Friday night and they were delivered on Monday. Everything fine with the order. Would use this company again.

I’m sure the contents are fine but this is my third pot now and as it empties the contents of the capsules get harder and harder to empty out.

My parcel was at first misdelivered by the courier, but the follow-up was not helpful. Although the seller agreed to resend, and though couriers were apparently at my door twice, in the received absolutely no information about was happening, and had to chase up my order 4 times in total. The seller then decided to refund me, but I wasn't consulted about this either. wouldn't recommend this company.

I recently placed an order for four bottles of [Greenscents – non-scents laundry liquid], which I have been using for years and am very familiar with. The package I received included the four bottles as well as their cleaning spray and a dishwashing liquid from Greenscents.

The laundry liquid I received is not the correct product. Despite being labeled as scent-free, the contents have a strong and pungent lavender smell and look visibly different to the usual formula. I have used this specific scent-free version for years and immediately noticed that something is not right — it appears to have been replaced or incorrectly filled with a different product.

I emailed them on 29th May - NO RESPONSE.

Great cleanse, very natural product, easy to take and the 30 days went by very quickly.

No problem with the purchase the order was wrong but was corrected

Product was insufficiently packed as its frozen live bacteria it needs to be kept cold, but arrived just in a normal box. other companies wrap it up in cold protective cover. so not satisfied as I paid over £50 for a product I can't check if it still works. How do they keep the items in stock? that's the questionable question. would not recommend or buy again. thanks

I have been sent the wrong product. There is no returns info on their website or my delivery note. I have emailed Lifestyle Vitamins three times to arrange a return and every email has been ignored.

I've ordered a number of times from this company and the service I have received has always been great. The items sold are sold at a reasonable price and I like to look out for sale items too, which are value for money.
