Great product
Only reason 4 star is because of technical hitch which meant we didn’t receive an order confirmation and we had to chase up for reassurance after payment.
Otherwise excellent service, delivered as forecast and very good quality product (chest of drawers). Adam was particularly helpful.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and apologise that the item did not meet your expectations based on the images on our website.
We would like to clarify that this item is one of our best-sellers and is consistently in high demand. In fact, it often sells out before we even have a chance to replenish our stock and is frequently pre-sold before it comes back in.
The product may sometimes appear slightly different in photos due to lighting, angles, or display settings.
Thank you and we hope this helps clarify the situation.
Good quality but poor service
The furniture is of good quality. However, when I placed my order I was informed that I should expect delivery up to 4 weeks hence. The order eventually arrived some 8 weeks later. The reasons given would have been known at the time of ordering and should have been explained then. I had made the incorrect assumption that it was being made in the UK and not shipped from China.

To clarify, none of our furniture is manufactured in China. We take great care in ensuring our customers have accurate information about our products, and we appreciate your understanding.
The furniture is lovely
The furniture is lovely. It was well packaged to avoid damage. The only criticism is that delivery took longer than expected. We had to contact the company to get an update rather than them advising us.

Dressing table
Ordered a dressing table from this company - was quite wary as I had never heard of them but the dressing table was perfect for my needs. Should not have worried as service was very efficient and furniture superb quality for a very good price. Happy to recommend and would definitely use again.

Great value
Really pleased with the lights we ordered. They look stunning and were a heck of a lot cheaper than a famous department store. Delivery was a day before the due date.

Lovely piece of furniture taken into…
Lovely piece of furniture taken into the room I wanted but I was a bit shocked the drivers went as they said they may get a ticket so all the packaging was on and left facing the wrong way also which wasn’t idle but I sorted it 😊👍
