lifeoferrors… you can say that again. It was an error ever purchasing from them. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time. And. Money!!!! Pls for the love of god. save yourself. I ordered my nephew a few things from here in November of 2025, and I have yet to hear or receive any updates on my order, and I have reached out several times, and unfortunately, like an idiot, I gave them more money for an additional order. I… honestly have no clue what I was thinking, but I was trying to be positive and give them the benefit of the doubt. (big mistake 😔 this is what happens when you have a pure heart🥀)

Their IG page is always giving updates on the shipping and yet, I have yet to receive anything, and their timeline for when you are to receive your order is pushed back each update. I have read through the reviews and their responses and I get shopify has them in a bind rn and that sucks, but you owe it to your customers to refund them atp bc this is absolutely ridiculous.

AND, why on earth are you still taking orders when you haven’t even fulfilled the orders from last year? I simply want a refund and I never what to think ab this company ever again. I miss the time when I didn’t know of their existence. I need my coins ran back to me expeditiously. ORDERS 6435 & 7654. To make it easier on yall, that’s a grand total of $242.40 USD that I’m owed.

Upon further review, I see that there was free shipping… makes sense now. You ain’t getting anything.

(And I’ve seen how yall be talking reckless under the other reviews, tread carefully 🫵🏾)

Update: F- all that noise. If you think you were being respectful under these comments you are just as delusional as you are a scammer. Your refund needs to total out to $50,242.40. I can make it easier on you and do a chargeback. How bout that?

Run me my money or I will have to escalate this. Your only response to this should be when I can expect my refund. ❤️

Hello. As you mentioned within your review, Shopify is currently holding nearly 6-figures from us. Production for all orders, specifically November orders, has been finished since December.

When it comes to "why on earth are you still taking orders when you haven’t even fulfilled the orders from last year?" We currently are not taking any new pre-orders, and any stock that is being sold is on hand, and has nothing to do with the stock that is currently in our fulfillment center being shipped.

As mentioned in the updates which are sent out via email and social media blasts, orders are still being shipped out every month. However, the Shopify situation has caused a delay, which is out of our control. We have processed over $50,000 in refunds, and we answer emails, and tickets daily regarding orders.

As for, "And I’ve seen how yall be talking reckless under the other reviews, tread carefully" There is not a single review on this page where any customer has been disrespected. As a company, we hold the right to explain and or defend ourselves. Thank you!

Order Never recieved, No updates from company

I placed an order for a leopard sweatsuit on SEPTEMBER 26th. I have reached out NUMEROUS times via email(old and NEW) and instagram. I have only received a few responses. 2 via dm which they stated they had not seen my other messages and asked for an order number, then that I should have my tracking inform by now (never got it). One via email on NOVEMBER 21s stating that my order would be shipped in a few days. I’ve emailed plenty of times since then and only now am discussing disputing the charge with my bank.
I also have seen that instead of using email which is a proper method of providing updates, they created a discord (odd). You can open a ticket, but only if you have your tracking number and if you don’t they will cancel…? What kind of business is this?
I have no interest in shopping with this brand in the future. Poor customer service and many other reports of people feeling they have been scammed. Additionally, there was no verbiage explicitly stating that the leopard sweatsuits were made to order but if you look now it is stated. I was told by them that they were and it would be 3-5 weeks, would have been fine but now it’s been months.
On their shipping info section of their site they state that any orders not received within the 3-5 week time frame is eligible for refund or store credit. Haven’t received either.

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO BELOW RESPONSE: If you are able to be contacted via email, ig and discord I’m unsure why the discord even matters since I have not received a response or update via ig or email. I have a screenshot directly from your discord that says verbatim “ @everyone we cant update u on specific orders we can only do that if u already have a tracking number so from now on if you make a ticket about just asking abt ur order it will be closed”. So how is what I said not true?
If you would like my order number it is #4609. I have not received a tracking number or my order and I did not request or begin considering a dispute until today, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t fulfilled.
Whether the fulfillment center told you the order was fulfilled or not, I still got no response from you. This is semantics. Please refund me for my order asap.
UPDATE: The quote is on your discord regardless and has not been deleted, so I’m not sure why it matters which person with the company said it. Someone with the username Reem posted it on 3/10. Yes the email associated with the order is correct. I even just emailed you again today after your first response here.
Update 4/7: still no email response or refund initiated.

Hello. First, I would like to apologize for the wait which your order was subjected to. However, we were notified by our fulfillment center, that leopard orders from September have all been fulfilled. Therefore, I am a bit unsure on what is going on with your order.

As for, "I also have seen that instead of using email which is a proper method of providing updates, they created a discord (odd)." We offer email support and customer support via our server. There is nothing odd about creating another form of communication for our supporters as many brands bigger than us have followed the same route.

"You can open a ticket, but only if you have your tracking number and if you don’t they will cancel…?" This is untrue. In our server, there are many different channels. For example, there is a channel which is dedicated to order updates, and is updated frequently, and a channel which users can create a ticket to receive help with their order. We have never once stated or mentioned that you could only open a ticket IF you had tracking. I do not know where that information came from.

As for, " Additionally, there was no verbiage explicitly stating that the leopard sweatsuits were made to order", it has been stated since we originally began selling the leopard sets in March of 2025. There are not only screenshot documentation of this, but our Shopify store records also show this. It was stated every-where that the sets were promoted that they were made-to-order, and in the product description.

As previously mentioned, our Discord server provides another form of support, and a way for our community as a whole to interact. I do not see the issue with creating another avenue of support.

Now, for the aforementioned quote, as I stated before, I do not know where you saw this, or who said it, but i'm almost positive that, it wasn't a message from the owner, rather a PAST support member. It is not true as the brand owner themselves have stated that anyone who needs help with an order can create a ticket.

As for the no-response. If you created a ticket, or emailed you should have received a response unless the thread was marked as spam. Is the email on your order number the correct place to contact you?

Horrible customer service and can't get updates to my order

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered a hoodie for my son December 2025. It is now March 2026 and still no update on when my order will ship. They posted updates on Social Media but they will not answer emails, I've sent them to the old email and new email. They did respond via IG DM and said it would ship in 2 weeks the beginning of March. I let 2 weeks pass and no update. Now they won't answer their IG DMs and I have sent new emails for updates but no response. They will delete your comments on IG if it is a negative comment.

Scam business do not buy

Hello. First I would like to start off with showing my appreciation for your support. I will not move forward, and address your concerns.

I do not know if you emailed our new email, but the old one (lifeoferrorsbrnd@gmail.com), is no longer accessible on our end. This is why we have posted on all of our platforms, and sent out email and sms campaigns to please reach out to us via our new email (lifeoferrorsbrand@gmail.com), for support.

When it comes to your order, per our most recent update, orders from the period which you ordered, are being shipped. You can check our official social media pages, and see that we post frequent updates, which include video and photo evidence of orders being produced, shipped and received.

However, the reasoning behind the recent wait, is due to Shopify holding nearly 6-figures from us, which is needed to fulfill many of our remaining orders. We have reached out to them, stating how an action like this can ruin our business and make our business vulnerable to the aforementioned claims of fraud. Despite this, they refused to release our funds. We are still fulfilling orders, of course, however, this is the reasoning behind the most recent delay. If you'd like to help us further, please reach out to Shopify, and explain how them withholding our funds affects supporters like you. :)

DO A CHARGEBACK THROUGH YOUR BANK ASAP

IF YOU PURCHASED FROM THIS BRAND CALL YOUR BANK AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

They are known to mislead and threaten to sue their customers (the people who give them THEIR hard worked money)

Brand owners seem to forget they are nothing without their customers. This brand will take your money and NEVER respond even if you wait over the wait time mentioned in the description.

The brand has the worst customer support you can imagine, if you email about your order you will either be met with silence or you will be degraded verbally by the brand owner, or as others have stated your order will be canceled even if still wanted your order and just wanted updates.

When you do a chargeback through your bank they suddenly respond so quickly, almost like they see your messages and purposely ignore them

People like this shouldn’t be allowed to run a brand so call your bank and chargeback your order asap, ESPECIALLY if you have waited more than the specified timeframe for your order. Move on to another brand, one that actually respects your time and money.

This brand owner also runs multiple brands, you can tell because they use the same floor. I would stay away from HeliahClo on instagram/Tiktok too (same owner)

Upon simple inspection you will see BOTH of these brands use the same exact store layout + same exact floor shots + lighting. ALSO Upon further research into LifeOfErrors, you will see their brand LLC (Life Of Errors LLC) is registered in Arkansas (ark(dot)org/corp-search/). A quick gander into Heliah's public information you will see if you go to that same Arkansas government site and search "Heliah 44"you will see this SAME EXACT "OWNER" as an officer for this alternative brand LOL. All of this is public gov records.

whole time its your OTHER brand...

lying about something as small as this is all you need to know about this brand. This owner will do/say ANYTHING to save face.

Now lets talk about this segment

Theres no way any potential customer is gonna read this and want to buy from you, admitting to genuinely "threatening to sue" when your case would never legally hold up because you didn't ship the order...lol just unprofessional, a 15 year old must run this brand. There's nothing "fraudulent" about charging back on an order you never received, especially if it's OUTSIDE the shipping range stated.

Final edit, just read the other replies this brand owner has done for their reviews, it's embarrassing and the complete opposite of what any brand owner should do, never own up to their mistakes and instead blame their customers...oh and also lie about not having to do with another [sketchy] brand they are the legal officer of, both registered in same state, under the same name/area. So it's likely they are ran by the same exact person.

Hello. First, I would like to state that the items listed on our site are made-to-order. This is stated in the product description, and on every platform that we use to promote our brand.

We have not scammed a single supporter, and when it comes to "threaten to sue their customers", this only occurs if a customer has committed chargeback fraud, made slanderous accusations after committing chargeback fraud, or defamed our brand in any way in general. Not because of a customer simply asking for a refund.

Updates are posted regularly on our official Instagram page, and by email. We have done this since the start of our brand a little over a year ago. We also have shipped thousands of orders, and have two highlights dedicated to reposting the people who have received their orders.

Furthermore, I, or anyone on our support team, have never degraded anyone verbally by email, for any reason. Whether they disputed, cursed at us, etc. We have never done this, and I, personally can show proof of this.

By saying, "If enough people do a chargeback through their bank, shopify shuts down stores like this. People like this shouldn’t be allowed to run a brand so call your bank and chargeback your order asap", you are encouraging others to commit chargeback fraud. Let me explain something.

Shopify is a platform which stores can use to host their store. Shopify itself, does not control any store, or "shut" down any store. What you are referring to, is Shopify Payments, their main payment processor, which my store uses to accept payments.

By you encouraging others to commit chargeback fraud so that Shopify shuts down my store, this would not lead to my store being shut down, but instead, it would lead to Shopify Payments holding our funds that are used to fulfill.

If Shopify Payments decides to hold our funds, this can last for 30 days, 90 days, or even 120 days. Which would lead to an increased wait time for supporters who have yet to receive their order.

As for the aforementioned brand, "HeliahClo". This store is not under Life of Errors, and has nothing to do with Life of Errors in any form. There are thousands of stores online which use similar floors as us, such as garage floors, warehouse floors, and office floors. You are slandering a random business that does not have anything to do with Life of Errors, for no reason.

As I mentioned before, the brand "Life of Errors" has nothing to do with the aforementioned brand above. You are slandering a store, that has zero results of scamming, and grouping said brand with Life of Errors, which is defamation.

You claimed in your initial review that we are scammers, which isn't true. Your order was refunded by us, which is what prompted the review. As I also mentioned before, you prompting and encouraging customers to commit chargeback fraud, and spreading accusations of us scamming IS a form of defamation.

Furthermore, the basis of "chargeback fraud" consists of many things, such as if a customer disputes after an order is shipped, before the aforementioned timeframe has passed, or if the customer disputes after product is received.

Defamation/Slander, is when false accusations are made, which lead to financial/overall loss.

You are claiming that we are scamming, and are encouraging other customers to dispute in hopes of Shopify "shutting our store down" which would result in a financial loss.

Your entire "review" is full of defamatory claims, and slanderous statements, which are grounds for legal action.

Buyer beware: This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them! I ordered the leopard zip in October intending to give it as a Christmas gift and it is now February and has still not arrived. I have mutliple attempts to contact the company about the status of my order or if I will be refunded and had to make a complaint to Shopify but still have not gotten any response.

THEY DON’T SHIP & BAD EGO

Terrible experience

First time purchase for Christmas. I ordered an item on 12/1/25 and charged for it on 12/2/25 and as of today 1/18/26 have not heard from them after several attempts of email and they have no other way to communicate. Still have not seen the product and calling credit card company tomorrow to get a refund.
