Having served almost 29 years in the Polish Air Force and then our SOF, i learned about this project while on the NATO mission in Afganistan. It was brought to me by my American SOF Brothers. What I appreciate most about the content is that it is not suger coating anything and as a result a lot of the things that is being brought forward hits the nail on the head and make one feel uncomfortable by looking ones shortcomings in the eye. The Life is a special operation YouTube channel is simply awesome. Being a fitness enthusiast, I enjoy watching the videos on fitness which I can use to help me in my fitness journey.

Having served for 25+years and been in combat. I’ve experienced some of the same issues, trials, experience, and tribulations. Chewing some of the same dirt piles allows members to feel that they are in good hands and can relate to someone who gets it and been there. Not just words. Not just talk. Real deal. We may be from different countries and services but at the end of the day politics aside it’s about the person left and right of you and the mission set in front. Front site focused. BS rear view mirror. Work the problem front site focused. Thank you.

I recently found this channel and website and am really thankful that I did! Despite being just a civilian, this channel offers great advice for me, a survivor of severe verbal, emotional, and spiritual abuse by my own parents. Few people in the world are more qualified than officers of U.S. Army Special Forces to teach invaluable life skills! One other qualification: in one video, Dr. Littlestone mentioned that he is an Eagle Scout!! So am I! Enjoy his stuff!

Only reason it’s a 4 is because I don’t see where it gave me all the courses that I put in the cart. It’s only showing 1 course. It may be something I’m doing, so I’m still excited . With that said it did give it as free so I’m excited to check it out. This seems to be a very good tool to learn from.

These videos are not only informative, they are extremely motivational to me. I am not law enforcement or military but I use his principles in my business and daily life.
He also motivates me to be physically fit.
