I have been using Lifecell for a few years now and I love it, I've tried other products but I keep coming back to Lifecell because it's the best and the price fantastic

Terrible customer service...
Terrible customer service.... From the time they charge your card it takes day's and day's before they find the slowest way to to ship. I was put on hold several times for mor then 10 minutes trying to find out where the order was. No sense of urgency or care about customer satisfaction. Many other products work just as well.

I am very sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with your recent order. Your reorder processed on Friday, July 3, but our facility was closed over the holiday weekend so our team could enjoy the time off. When you called today, we explained that the package was leaving our facility this afternoon, fast-tracked it via expedited FedEx 2-day delivery, and emailed over your tracking information. You mentioned that this timeline was not good enough and indicated that you would be leaving a negative review. We have also sent you a separate email asking if you would like your cream subscription to remain active. We value your business and hope to find a positive way forward.

Best skin product and customer service!
It's always a pleasure when I need to contact customer service. Whether by phone or email they have always been courteous, efficient and accommodating. It would be more convenient at times if I could take care of my subscription on the website.
I use the All in one Skin Treatment and get compliments on my skin and disbelief I am as old as I am all the time.

I just received a damaged item in the mail and was able to contact her through customer service immediately because she had previously sent me a text with my order letting me know she could help if necessary. Well, I sent her a text and she let me know that a new item was on the way. Superior customer service!

I love the All-in-One Treatment and have used it for many years. People are surprised that I am older when my age comes up! I have dry sensitive skin and need a serious moisturizer that won't irritate and inflame my face, neck, and decolletage. The All-in-One Treatment moisturizes and soothes my skin, soaking right in without leaving an oily residue. I also use it on the back of my hands. I have never found any comparable product!
